He quickly diagnosed the issue with my freezer and got everything working in about an hour. Could not be happier with their service, will definitely use them in the future!

We had a tiny glitch in our 5 year old refrigerator, it ended up being a major freezer problem but a hard one to find. Jordan systematically went through everything it could be before he found it and it ended up being bigger than we thought. Freezer was not working properly. Requested an appointment via their website on a Sunday. Got a call Monday morning and a Tuesday am appointment. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable repair people and I’ve been very pleased with their work.

We have older appliances & don’t want to buy the newest fad & spend money for lesser quality. We have used Abel Appliance for 8-10 years & they respond quickly & as promised with clear communications.They recommended Action Appliance to repair & replace our water heater who did so exceptionally. Abel Appliance Repair has several other competitor companies that they recommend when they can’t be there for their customers. This company is fair & will not sell you unnecessary parts. Abel Appliance has also made free follow up calls for repairs & went above & beyond when we were going on vacation & freezer defrosted on my garage refrigerator.
