My freezer stopped cooling on Sunday night - woke up Monday morning to find the ice melting all over the floor. I called 123 Appliance Repair and was told someone could be there between 12 and 4. Ron called me at 11:55 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. Very professional - had dx and full repair within 30 minutes! Will definitely recommend in the future.

Another huge thank you to Ronald for repairing my ice maker in my 22 year old refrigerator/freezer. He came out on Saturday and as always, was very kind and knowledgeable. Our refrigerator starting freezing everything. After replacing a couple of parts on our own, we were unable what to do next.
