Vladimir came out the day I called to fix a freezer that wasn’t keeping things frozen. He immediately saw the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour for a reasonable price. He found other issues as well that he recommended I fix myself to save some money. I really appreciate the honesty and not trying to upsell me when he easily could have.

Our freezer was broken and not freezing anything. We called here and Vladimir reached out, communicated promptly and effectively, and came out twice in order to make sure our situation was fixed. I would recommend this service for sure!

I've used Phoenix Appliance Services for many years and have been extremely happy with their service and pricing.They've repaired every major appliance i have. I'm happy to see them grow from a one man operation, to having several repair men and office personell. They are fast to respond and schedule, usually the same or next day. When I've had a fridge or freezer not cooling, they've always come the same day. They always arrived with the right equipment for the job, and if a part is needed, they are quick to obtain it. I wouldn't think of using any other service.

Recently, I was having refrigerator/freezer issues and the lights were flickering like a strobe light and then went out completely. A family member told me about Phoenix Appliance Services and highly recommended them, so I gave them a call. They were quick to respond and come out here to inspect the refrigerator and freezer. Gary was great and identified the problem within minutes. He then explained the process of how this works, since they needed to order the parts that needed replaced. And when he came back when the parts came in, he was literally done before I realized it! Very fast and efficient! I was impressed and now my refrigerator and freezer are working like new again! But I need to say that they are also very honest as well! When I cut a check for them when the work was completed, I accidentally had another blank check underneath the one I wrote out to him, without even realizing it. He had realized what happened before he even pulled out of the driveway and immediately informed me what happened and gave me back the blank check! So thankfully he was honest or that could've ended badly for me! I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them!

Had 2 separate techs come and freezer is still broken. 1st tech came and quickly diagnosed alleged issue, said issue would resolve itself overnight. No change, had to wait a week for 2nd tech to come. He was more thorough and identified what part seemed to be not working, however he stated your company doesn’t handle the particular work needed, so we had to find another company. My issue is that this wasn’t identified on the first go round. Will not recommend due to time wasted. 2 stars since 2nd tech was more helpful than the first

My freezer is too old to get parts so couldn’t be fixed but Jesus was great:)

They replaced the lost Freon in the unit and the freezer is cooling. Very professional staff at this firm.

Chase Harkins was awesome to work with on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator repair. It was a major fix and he toiled over 3 hours working on a built-in model with very tight access for a new compressor above the unit and a heating coil in the freezer compartment. Both required severing old lines and installing new parts and reconnecting copper lines and wire harnesses. Then new refrigerant added after lines were vacuum evacuated. He was very personable through all this even though he was working into his dinner time.

Robert was great, very quick to identify the problem with our freezer! It was not bad news and fixable for an older subzero.. defrost replacement that he did within 30 minutes.. I’d use this business again!

Great service, Great price, Great company! Logan was here within an hour of my call to Tri City Appliance. He was able to diagnose why our Sub Zero freezer wasn’t maintaining the correct temperature and the ice machine wasn’t working. He worked on it right away & within 90 min he had it all working again!

Our 1998 Sub Zero Freezer was on its last leg until Jordan showed up. Jordan was so knowledgeable, detailed and experienced in all things appliance related that not only did he restore our freezer to life, but he instructed us on how to use our new Wolf ovens, giving us an incredible tutorial that even the installer hadn’t been privy to. Every appliance in our newly remodeled kitchen (with the exception of our Sub Zeros) he showed us how to use and maintain. Jordan went above and beyond and was so fun to talk to! My husband and I want to have him back over when we get our new Traeger (which he basically sold us on😜). Can’t say enough about what a great experience we had thanks to Jordan!

They did such a great job, we literally had a fridge and freezer that wouldn’t cool, leaked water and wouldn’t make ice. We now have everything working again and appreciate them for all their hard work. They went above and beyond, made the extra trips and were so great to deal with.
