Had a great experience with Best Appliance. The freezer in my 12-year-old fridge wasn't getting cold enough and we noticed it at an inconvenient time just a couple of days before the New Year's holiday. The tech came out the day after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem as either low freon or a bad condensor. A second, specialist tech, visited just after New Year's Day, topped off the system, and it now works perfectly again. Both techs were completely competent, professional, and so friendly - we even had a fun conversation while waiting about ten minutes for the condenser to start up! Their pricing is reasonable and I will definitely call these folks back the next time I need help with one of our appliances

Service was great! We had used them before to fix our freezer. Called them again to come look at our washer when we couldn't figure out the problem. They came out quickly and identified the problem. They were able to come back the following week, install the new part and fix the washer. They are very friendly and reasonably priced.

Outstanding job all around! Nick and his brother were totally professional, did not push additional unneeded services, and methodically diagnosed the problem I had with my refrigerator. A previous technician from another company claimed to have repaired my refrigerator which was freezing food on the non-freezer side. The previous technician did poor work, overcharged, and did not solve the issue. Nick isolated the problem, implemented a solution, and fixed the issue by installing a correctly working damper control to replace the defective one installed by the different technician from another company. My fridge is now cooling and freezing just like it should and my family and I couldn't be happier. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I am going to solicit his work for my microwave as well.

Twice now I’ve used Appliance Repair Brothers when having problems with our fridge/freezer and later with the washer. Both times I was totally happy with their work, their timeliness, positive professional attitude. Which is why I didn’t hesitate to call the second time! For each appliance they figured out the problem quickly and did the repair or replacement — no need for followup apptmt. I chose them based on GREAT reviews, and now I’m glad to add my review — these fellas are the ones to call when you want competent work with a smile!

Tariq quickly diagnosed the problem that was causing my fridge to repeatedly trip the electtical oulet and turn off the fridge and freezer. Great communication via email and text. I will update this post when the needed part arrives and is installed. I paid a 50% deposit for Tariq to order the part. I am hoping it works well after it is installed!

This company is horrible. I wrote a detailed review I'm not sure what happened to it. Short version my wife and I contacted this company about the repair of a freezer. They sent someone that said they didn't speak English well but told us 1500 hundred bucks for a compressor repair and labor. We asked for a fridge to be checked out. The guy flushed the lines and charged $140 for a grand total of 200 for service and to clear the line. The fridge they worked on started messing up contacted the company. Only to never hear from them again and they must be screening our calls. $200 I'm less than a half hour I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. I'm not sure about those others reviews. if I could give no star I would. We also contacted another company who infact fix our freezer for less than $300 and it was not the compressor so they are lying to customers to get money

They took my call right away, and said someone would be out the next day. Oliver arrived promptly and called ahead as expected. After being taken advantage of by Angi's list, I was leary about this one. Although my refrigerator/freezer can be fixed, it would be a very costly repair; new compressor, freon, the works. I appreciate the honest evaluation. Although I have to shop for a replacement, I know what I'm dealing with now. I would recommend them. My only criticism is after reading the other reviews I noticed other clients' appliances could not be repaired, but they were not charged a diagnostic fee. I would have expected the same courtesy, and should not have to request this.

It's hard to find Viking repair specialists, so when I find a good one, I hang onto them. I called Saturday and was able to get an appointment on the following Monday morning. The repair guy (Oliver) called me to tell me what time he was coming, and arrived exactly when he said he would (and within the window they gave me at appointment set-up). He diagnosed the issue, and within an hour, the freezer compartment of my Viking fridge was completely repaired, and for $250 (which I personally think is a steal for Viking repairs). Oliver apologized that his English wasn't great, but I thought his English was excellent. He was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair a Viking appliance
