Wow what a life saver. My fridge stopped cooling in the bottom and the freezer was over cooling. I usually try to fix things myself as I'm decently handy and can follow directions pretty well. But with a sick toddler I had no time to waste. I gave Masters a call and they happened to be in the area and showed up really fast. Right away the gentleman Rami was able to diagnose the issue and get to work. Resolved the issue within 30 mins. Thank you guys for making this quick and easy. Will be using in the future for any appliance issue.

I called this morning at 8:30 when I discovered my refrigerate/freezer was not cooling. The operator picked up the phone as soon as I called. I was told that the technician would be able to diagnose and fix it the same day. He would be at the house around 12:00. The problem was immediately identified and what needed to be done. The fan, motor and connector were replaced and the refrigerator works like new. I am happy with Master Service Appliance quick response and professionalism. I would definitely call them again.

I made a call at 7:53pm because my refrigerator stopped working. Thomas was at my house the next morning at 7:15a. He had the part and repaired my refrigerator/freezer on the spot, my groceries were saved! I asked him to look at my ice maker while he was here. After a power failure killed my GE fridge, I called Master Service and despite a busy schedule they were able to come by that afternoon, even calling and advising when they were en route. Rami was the consummate professional and was able to identify the issue as a failed inverter in minutes. He installed an OEM replacement he had with him and the refrigerator was working again. Rami was also kind enough to share some knowledge about an issue I was having with an upright freezer. Master Service will certainly be my first call for anything I need in the future!

I give my highest recommendation to Maser Service Appliance Repair and particularly to the service technician, Rami, who did the repair. My refrigerator and freezer stopped working. I had first called the manufacturer and the technician they sent told us to just get a new one. But the problem is that it is a built in fridge with paneling that matches the kitchen cabinets. So an identical replacement would cost a significant amount. I thought it might be best to get one more opinion and so I contacted this company. Rami got back to me the same day and promised to come out that evening to take a look at the fridge. He came as promised, diagnosed the problem, and said he would be able to fix it. He ordered the necessary parts and came out on a Saturday morning to do the repair. Fridge and freezer are back on-line thanks to Rami. Very glad to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will definitely call Rami again when appliance emergencies pop up.

Our subzero freezer has been freezing up for a while now. I called subzero directly and they referred us out to L&J appliance in Hackensack . Till this day we are waiting for a call back. I guess they get too much business and don’t need anymore ? I did the old google thing and found High end appliance Care. Gladys answered the phone promptly, a real human being !! Scheduled for George to come out on a Sunday morning. George arrived promptly did his trouble shooting explained everything to us including pricing and parts and boom! Within 3 days he has us up and running. No more freeze, adjusted the freezer doors , changed filter , adjusted the temp , went out of his way . I would rehire George and recommend him highly. He is very friendly professional and is not a rip off like some other companies in the area. I am giving him 10 out of 10 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Our built-in refrigerator/freezer failed 2 days ago (faulty power inverter board). Fortunately this was both diagnosed and repaired the same day.

Jorge was so honest and made sure I understood what went wrong with my freezer. He came out same day and after fixing hit he followed up. His price was also the best. I would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend High End Appliance enough! As a former appliance tech, I can appreciate the care and respect that Jorge showed to my home while working in our kitchen. More importantly, our freezer was 17 years old and the replacement parts were not available. However, Jorge took the time to both brainstorm and improvise in order to make the newer parts fit and work. If Jorge hadn't done that, I was looking at triple the cost to replace both the fridge and freezer. As someone who had to do the same for washers & dryers, I can fully appreciate the time and effort that Jorge put in.
