Has no intention of fixing anything. Lied that the cost of the part would be $600, when it is free from LG. Also stated labor would be additional. Told me I needed a new Refrigerator when LG will cover parts and labor for five years! This is for a compressor. Sad. The lights in the refrigerator worked fine before he was here. Now the refrigerator shorts out when I try to plug it in.

Great company!, very knowledgeable technician. My Bosch freezer stopped making ice and was not holding down the temperature. They happened to have an available technician that came over the same day (his name was Artem). He went above and beyond to find the problem and made a follow up to the next day to make sure everything was working. Price for everything was very reasonable. I recommend this company 100%.

Excellent service and fixed our Refrigerator

I was having issues with my freezer in the refrigerator. Hartman's had a repair person out that morning. The person showed me the issue, outlined the options and potential cost and did not pressure me to make a repair decision when I told them I was going to buy a new refrigerator/freezer vs repair.

Samsung Refrigerator started making noise then stopped. Freezer not cooling. They came on Christmas Eve. Very honest and explained it could be fixed but not worth it to fix. I appreciate the honesty and not changing for a big money fix knowing it would break down again. I can go buy a new refrigerator feeling confident. Thank you!

We had another repair service out to try to repair our freezer and after a couple of minutes without looking at it they said it needed a part which they later said was no longer available. Hartmanns took it apart, diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away. We will continue to use them and recommend them for all of our appliance repairs from now on.

My Freezer decided to leak causing ice build up and the inability to close the drawer. Hartmans Appliance Repair was quick to answer their phone and then scheduled someone immediately! Their technician Stev was awesome, he found the problem quickly fixing it and cleaning up before he left. He cleaned up... Wow! Thank you Hartman's!

Diagnosed my issue with my freezer unit but quoted me a charge of nearly DOUBLE the amount...found the same part on Amazon for half and will do it myself. $95 for just stepping in the door then another. $340 all in when you can easily do it yourself with a screwdriver with a $90 part. Meh

I came home from work today at 7:00 pm and found everything in my freezer thawing out. I called the name brand company of the refrigerator to schedule an emergency repair and was told the next available appointment was going to be 6 days out. Meanwhile my entire freezer full of food was starting to melt. I called Reliable Appliance Repair Orlando next. I texted with the owner, Mark, at 7:20 pm and he had the technician, Brian, at my home by 9:00 pm. The diagnosis and replacement part was installed by 9:20 pm. I can’t thank their team enough for moving so quickly. They’ve saved me hundreds of dollars in lost freezer food. I highly recommend this company.

Frank is an amazing, professional, knowledgeable technician at Reliable Appliance Repair Doctor, Inc. He diagnosed several problems with my freezer/ice maker/water dispenser and solved all. He removed a jammed filter and replaced it. I will definitely request Frank at Reliable Appliance again.

Frank was very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with my refigerator/freezer. He ordered the part and fixed it. He also made sure it no longer wobbled. I will definitely call them for any other repairs and recommend to my friends.

I am a retired, knowledgeable, hard to please, ex VP Finance, Operations and Administration of five star Hotels and Restaurants executive. I have had maintenance departments report to me forever. Plus, I normally don't leave reviews. However, I am very impressed with the availability, immediate response, knowledgeable, and personable tech named Brian. He diagnosed a very difficult three tier problem with our refrigerator/freezer combination. He had a plethora of parts in his van and was able to repair all three problems immediately. Price was very competitive and he was astute at trying to figure out how to keep it as low as possible. We are in a condo and I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how they got the fridge into the space it is tucked into. Somehow, Brian, although a large man (I asked him to try out for my Miami Dolphins) was able to gain access to everything. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Brian. In short, if we need a repair in the future on something else and Brian is not available, then we will just buy a new item.

Paid for a repair that wasn't fixed. Was told to thaw and clean my freezer. I told the repairman it was the gasket. He never checked it. Had a new company come out and they saw the problem immediately. It was the gasket. Lost alot of food. I will never use or recommend this company.
