Everything with Tager Appliance Repair from the initial call all the way to the invoice payment has been easy! When our freezer started acting up, they came out very quickly and replaced the part. The serviceman that came to our house was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will use them for all of our appliance repairs.

Editing my original review after trying to work with this company and the owner. I gave 5 starts initially because they offer a 10% discount if you leave a five star review. But the unprofessional customer service and lack of response or slow response deserves 1 star. I leave zero if I could. Specifically because of the rude owner. Our original problem started in September 2022 and it fixed the problem for a while. The original technician came back out in December to fix the issue once more. Then the same problem started happening again this summer. I unplugged our fridge to defrost the freezer since that was the original issue and what the technician had me do the first time so I was trying to be proactive. This second service call, the owner came. I apparently shouldn’t have unplugged it and I tried to tell the owner it was the same problem as before. Justin (owner) basically scolded me for turning it off and said he’s been doing this for years so he can’t diagnose it until the fridge is back up and running for a while. Ok, my mistake. He said he would call back in a day or two to come back. He didn’t. The problem stopped for a while so I didn’t try to contact them again. Justin returned when my husband was present on 9/7/23 and said we would need something else replaced. My husband told Justin/Appliance 911 to contact me after we discussed it to order the part if that’s the direction we decided to go. He never called. So I called the office on 9/19 and asked if Justin ordered the part because we hadn’t heard anything from him. Or if anything to tell them we want the part ordered since he didn’t call. They said the office doesn’t confirm but the technician does so she gave me Justin’s cell phone number. And said she would also let him know to call me. I called the office and Justin’s cell again on 9/21 and no answer. I called Justin’s cell on 9/22 and shortly after he texted back asking if he could call me back. He never called back that day. So I texted him on Monday, 9/25, asking him to please call me. He responded shortly after asking me who it was. I told him who it was and that I wondered if he ordered the part because he never called us back. His response was “Actually I tried twice but I went ahead and ordered it though”. My number is the only number the company has on file. My husband nor I received any calls from him or the office. I told him that and his next rude text back was “I’m not gonna argue with you about if you were called I own the company I did call twice and it went straight to vm maam”. Regardless of that fact, why wouldn’t you leave a voicemail??? Tell me to call back, ask if we want the part ordered, anything?! It shouldn’t take 3 weeks and multiple calls, texts and voicemails to get a response. And if the part was ordered, did it come in, how long would it take if not? It’s basic customer service and courtesy and this business lacks that - especially from the owner. I don’t talk to people like that in general, I can’t imagine speaking to a customer that way. So in the end, a big reason they probably have 5 star google reviews is because they offer a discount for doing that. It’s definitely not because of the customer service. Original review: Our freezer quit working and they were able to come look at the freezer the very next day. When the technician arrived he was able to take the freezer apart quickly and diagnose the problem. He was able to overnight the part and get it repaired the next day!

Marcus was able to troubleshoot and find a solution to repair our refrigerator/freezer to working condition. He was professional, friendly and skilled at his work. I will definitely hire Appliance 911 to make any future repairs.

The tech was kind and timely. The freezer issue was unable to be resolved but Appliance 911 Repair did all they could to make it right. They were extremely professional!
