Daryl was available to me on a weekend when most other places were closed and came in a timely manner. I was in a panic because all my food was melting in my freezer. He was professional and helped fix the problem w my fridge/freezer. Will def call him for all major appliance repairs in the future!

I reached out last week after discovering our freezer was warmer than it should be and combing through a couple of google listings. Darryl was prompt at responding, came out the same day and had the part ordered by that afternoon. After the initial fix we had a little difficulty getting the temp where it needed to be but he was great at communicating and was able to come back the next day (after "usual" hours) and figure out and correct the problem. I am very happy that I chose Brothers and that the 5 star reviews are true to their word. Any issues we may have in the future, they will be our first call!

I have had a few appliance repairs done by Brothers Appliance Repair at my home and office, but most recently I purchased a refurbished deep freezer and refrigerator for garage use. There was an issue with the refrigerator, Daryl brought a temporary refrigerator back the same night (And this was the night they were calling for snow around 10pm). A day later, he returned with another refrigerator to replace the one I had purchased, and this one was better and more expensive than the original...He didn't even change the price we agreed upon.
