They called me back 10 minutes after I left a message at 4:00 Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning at 11:00, Julian showed up at my apartment. Julian was a delight. Knowledgeable, efficient, and lovely to deal with. I will not hesitate to use Certified Refrigeration in the future and will always request Julian.

I discovered my freezer wasn't cooling when I went to get an ice pack for my knee that I injured the night before. It was a Saturday morning and I was planning to leave on a trip in a couple of days. I dreaded the thought that I might not be able to get a repairman out before leaving, but also didn't know how I would manage to shop for a new fridge if it came to that. I found NYC Appliance Care in a Google search and called at 11:00 a.m. Their technician (Alex) arrived in under an hour. He was polite and professional, showed me the cause of the problem and explained how he was going to fix it. He had the parts on the truck. By 1:00 he was finished, the freezer was chilling again, and the charge for parts and labor was very reasonable. He also took a few minutes to look at my againg washing machine and told me what it needed. I will definitely call these guys the next time I need an appliance repaired.

Alex was able to come and fix a broken Subzero freezer on a Saturday. He was even early! Work was done in a professional and friendly manner. Payment was electronic so no issues with invoices etc. Highly recommend!

It is really hard to find quality service these days. I have been dealing with a freezer that was not entirely freezing the items in it. I have a Sub-Zero refrigerator and the company I bought it from recommended RD Appliance Service as a solution to my issue. I paid good money for these appliances and I was very upset with how it was shortly after the warranty ended i started having issues. Well I was able to set up an appointment within a day and the technician came right on time. We’ve had service techs for other companies, for other jobs arrive outside of the assigned window time frame, so this was a pleasant start. The technician was able to get to the problem right away and ordered the part we needed to fix it. I’m very happy with the service we have received as well as the cost for the services. They were even able to fix the pilot on our La Cornue Chateau Range grill! This was by far the biggest surprise to me because finding a technician who is certified in these appliances is EXTREMELY difficult and costly! I have one appliance company who handles all my appliances now and that is RD Appliance. Thank you gentlemen for the great service and support you offer. Had problems w freezer and dishwasher which was rather complicated and multi faceted. Orest the technician was very thorough, took his time analyzing the issue and was extremely professional.
