My fridge and freezer were not working properly, so I called CityTech. Specifically, my fridge/freezer was not getting cold enough (~26F on freezer so things weren't freezing). They sent over Alex as my technician - he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, honest, professional, and punctual. He came to first give an inspection of my fridge and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was the fan not spinning quickly enough to cool the fridge. He had to order parts but came up with a great temporary solution, which was to buy a small external fan to clip onto my fridge. He came with me to the neighborhood hardware store to choose out a fan and clipped it onto the fridge. This solved the problem right away the day of. He also ordered the appropriate parts and returned a few days later (today) and did all the proper installation / fix. I'm really happy with my service from CityTech and especially from the help with Alex. Great guy and I didn't have any worries because he was very knowledgeable and honest. A part of my freezer needed to be replaced and it was an emergency because my tenant is moving in very soon. CityTech was able to get me last minute appointment for diagnosis. George was really knowledgeable and helpful!! He made sure everything worked perfectly and gave me suggestions on how to maintain the fridge and freezer.
