We hired Advance Appliance Services to fix a bottom freezer on our Bosch fridge that was left open for two weeks while we were out of town… We had been told by another service provider (who couldn’t do the work) that we needed a whole new compressor, which would have cost us around $1350. The Advance Appliance Services repair guy dug in further and found it was a fan issue (not a compressor issue), and as a result we saved $1000! It was a happy surprise and we will definitely keep using them as a result. Having an honest and knowledgeable service provider is so valuable when you find them! Oh, and the freezer is back to working perfectly!

This call was to address a malfunctioning refrigerator/freezer ice maker. Advance worked me into the schedule, the technician was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I will add that I have used Advance for two decades for my major appliances and Advance is uniformly capable, responsive and knowledgeable. I will never use another appliance repair company and I will never buy an appliance for which Advance is not a manufacturer authorized repair company.
