I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule me for Monday. A lot of other businesses were more than a week out and my fridge was not holding the temp. I received the tech text the day before and a confirmation text the day of. The tech arrived within the window. Unfortunately for me, it was the Control Board. But Jalen was able to find the part, go pick it up and have my fridge in working order the same day. As far as cost goes, I've never had work done on an appliance before, so it is hard to say. However... it was still cheaper than having to invest in a new fridge. So far so good... the temp in the fridge and freezer are holding steady.

Mr Appliance replaced the fan in my refrigerator. Frost was building up, the freezer was working but the refrigerator system was not cooling properly. Very professional and I would recommend. They also updated me when they would be arriving.
