My Electrolux refrigerator was leaking water onto my hardwood floor. I called Kingdom Appliance Repair and left a message. Within a few minutes, they had called me back and we set up an appointment for the next day. The technician, Bart, shared his thoughts as to what was probably causing the leak. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Once he took apart the freezer drawer, he was able to confirm the problem and showed it to me. As he worked, he found another issue which would've created a more severe problem within a few months. He replaced that part without charging me! He also cleaned the compressor hoses behind the freezer since they had accumulated 8 years worth of dust. I cannot say enough to describe the professionalism and quality of service that Bart provided. If I have any other appliance repair needs, I will call Kingdom Appliance again. Kingdom gets my highest recommendation.

My mom's refrigerator and freezer needed repair. The guy came out right away and did a good job of fixing it. My mom is elderly and disabled, and I was pleased to see him being so respectful to my mom. He explained the issue with her fridge, and answered all her questions with patience. She is definitely going to call these guys again with her repair needs!!

Bart came out as soon as he could. Looked at my freezer door and explained what he was going to be doing. He honest and cost and possible parts if needed. I will most definitely be doing business again them for a future fix on the ice maker.

Excellent, I called a few other businesses, no one wanted to come out to Longboat. Kingdom Appliance Repair were excellent concerning expectation, price, punctual and very prompt. We were able to get our water dispenser on the refrigerator/freezer repaired with one call out. The technician, John Bates, was good, funny and knowledgeable. Great customer service. He could have came and gave me the run around and charged me for nothing but instead he was honest. I greatly appreciate it. Mr. Simmons was very unprofessional. He came in with a negative vibe, and looked at the top of my refrigerator, saying it needed a fan which wasn't the problem, the freezer part was the issue. Then I asked was he going to fix it, which his response was 'I'll let you know'.. followed by leaving and cursing, saying 'find someone else to do the job'. Pure unprofessionalism, I advise buyers to beware, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Budget Appliance contacted me but they were swamped and could not come for 2 weeks. My refrigerator needed a asap as we were using coolers for our frozen food and needed a repair asap. Budget guy was kind enough to refer me to another shop he thought could help however, THAT SHOP (Variety Appliances) asked for pictures of the freezer insides which I sent and then they ghosted me.

This place is awful. Almost two months since the first visit to fix an in warranty fridge. The tech really isn't a tech. No diagnostics or trouble shooting performed. It's just throwing parts at it and coming back two weeks later for more parts. First week they put in a control board. Then a few weeks later they put in an inverter, which I had to order as their supplier couldn't get one. Now they are coming back Friday to try the compressor. Neither fridge nor the freezer have cooled this entire time. You would think some simple temperature Delta checks, resistance readings, and continuity could narrow down what's wrong. I think the control board was fine. They insist the control board, inverter, and compressor all really are shot and it's just a total coincidence they all died at the same time. Why they can't just change them all to start is a mystery. Only the compressor part is covered by warranty. Go figure it's the last one to get fixed. Oh, and they need two guys to do it....
