Mihai was great. He came within the timeframe he quoted. He fixed my freezer quickly and he was very considerate not to make a mess. He charged a fair price and I would highly recommend him.

I recently repaired a GE refrigerator and was helped by Rolando G. The pros: 1. He seemed to know what he was doing. 2. So far, the refrigerator has been repaired. 3. So far, I have no complains about the quality of the job done. The cons: 1. He takes a while to respond and he does not use Whatsapp; prefers regular SMS for sending text and images. 2. He was late for the appointment. 3. He changed one sensor (which I did not see) and one metal tray. He defrosted the refrigerator and fixed a problem with the ventilator on the freezer that was making some noice. He performed some tests on the refrigerator. For this, he charged $425.00 which I found expensive. 4. Invoice was not detailed as to the cost of parts and labor. Overall, Rolando is professional, if he charged less, I would have not doubts hiring him again. I feel his services were expensive for a 2.5 hour job.

My moms freezer broke not cooling its a Frigidaire that’s only 1-1/2 yrs old. The tech came and out a thermostat on it Left it there for about 2 weeks. I called scheduled an appt. Another tech came to pick it up, said they would call me in 2-3 days. It’s been longer than 2-3 days now and I haven’t heard from them at all……

Luis came around earlier than expected and did a great job! Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling and he told us the compressor went bad. Spent probably an hour and change doing it and we have the fridge working again no problem. Highly recommend their service!

My mother's high-end LG refrigerator/freezer failed during a major power outage on Palm Island. LG offered no direct repairs, but recommended A Gonzalez as an authorized LG repair company in her Miami Beach area. With a single call, an appointment was set, documentation was examined and I was told what parts were covered under warranty and how much the entire service would cost for a couple of scenarios. Emails and texts kept me informed at each stage, a complex replacement of compressor and other components was efficiently handled (and all needed parts were in truck when it arrived), with the unit completely operational and work-area clean at departure (all at the cost earlier provided). I am quite satisfied and impressed with A Gonzalez Appliance Service.

Refrigerator was freezing and Alf and his team diagnosed it and fixed it within 2 service calls. Amazing follow up and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Had issue with my GE Monogram fridge. This is a built-in with the compressor on the top, like a Sub-Zero. So it's pricey. AG was pre-prepared. In other words, he asked for the model number so the tech could have some spare parts ready. Nice forward-thinking. Instead of coming to diagnose, then getting a part, and then coming back - they came ready with some of the likely culprits. Result - fridge fixed in 30 minutes and on the first trip. A+ all the way!

We were desperate, woke up, water everywhere, our fridge/freezer out! Found WeFix on line with great reviews, and here we are giving another great review. Vladimir excellent, expert, knew exactly what went wrong, shortly after, he basically guaranteed by morning the freezer temp “0” and fridge temp “37”….it was. Also guaranteed if again this happens, the fee we pd wld be deducted from next service visit. Can only recommend, thank you Vladimir!

Our 15-ish year old Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. Ivan came out, quickly found the problem, and was right on time when he came back to install the board. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was even thoughtful enough to remove his shoes at the door without my asking. The price was just under $500, which was what I expected to pay with labor. I'm well pleased with the experience and will call again if an appliance breaks down.

The absolute worst service company out there. My new Kitchenaid Refrigerator starting making a noise. After calling Kitchenaid they sent a Flamingo tech out a week later and by then there was no noise and the refrigerator was not cooling, though the freezer was fine. The tech just looked at it and said he had to order a part, never even touched the refrigerator to do any diagnostics. Over a week later he came with the part and did not like me watching him so I went in the garage. The next time I saw him he was walking down the driveway and said you can turn on the breaker, it's all fixed. I asked don't you want to check it before you leave and he ignored me and drove off. Now the refrigerator still doesn't cool, the freezer no longer works and the water dispenser is dead. After calling them back right away they said they can't get anyone back for another week so we have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks and now without a freezer as well. They just don't care and somehow manage to make things worse at every step. No managers available to talk to and they disconnected me while on hold a few times as well. Pathetic! I'm moving this review up to three stars based on the most recent Service Tech alone. He was very apologetic , very knowledgeable and solved the problems completely as well as explaining the issues. He took the time to verify the proper circuit board as there had been numerous revisions and was a real credit to his company. I still never got a return call from a manager and it does not erase the missteps prior but he was a true credit to his company and earned them back two stars.

My whirlpool refrigerator/freezer stopped pushing out ice. Zach came out on time and repaired the problem efficiently and professionally. He is everything you'd expect in a repairman. Give this guy a bonus and a raise, you need to keep him in the company.

My freezer door couldn't be open. FAS charged me $149 for the visit. The technician wrongly diagnosed that changing the rubbers around the doors will solve the problem. Everything was $700 aprox, the problem was not solved. I ask them to come back. This time the technician said it was the rails of the freezer drawer. I said "do I have to pay again"? He said they will not charge me for labor. Just the parts. The total for it were $950, that you have to pay for them to order them, before you see any results. I was LOL, and said: if I knew that you couldn't solve the problem I will look for someone else or would buy a new refrigerator. I said: "No thank you". I decided to call a Colombian plumber, that we know. In 6 mins the problem was solved. He said: The rail was off track. He charge me $60. Knowledge and experience are so important. The problem was solved. DO NOT CALL FLAMINGO APPLIANCES SERVICES I had been sharing this with all my family and friends.

I’ve spent $900 on my fridge for them not to fix my original issue and broke it more. I’m so beyond dissatisfied with this company I originally called because my fridge wasn’t cooling but the freezer was perfect they left with the fridge not worker and my freezer broken and no ice maker either. Then they came back to add some parts and still didn’t fix the issue they left with lights on my fridge as if I left doors open still no fridge cooling and my freezer still broken no ice. They made me wait more time had to reschedule again. The last guy came said he couldn’t fix it and they would no longer come so they left my entire fridge broken and he left stuff unplugged and didn’t have the professionalism to plug the stuff back in or let me know. Please don’t use this company they definitely scammed me out of a lot of money. It’s not right.
