Cody’s responded to my needs the day before Thanksgiving, which I so much appreciated. Our refrigerator’s freezer had quit working. They sent out a technician who had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour! Superb service!!

Refrigerator quick working both freezer and regular. Called on Friday and they couldn’t come till Wednesday. Surely there is room for emergencies.

We are utterly impressed with Ian’s professionalism, friendliness and overall knowledge on our “hi-tech” Thermador refrigerator/freezer. We expected to have to replace a major component, but Ian’s prompt trouble-shooting ability had the problem resolved in a very short period. Cody’s is fortunate to have an employee of this caliber. George was fantastic diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to fix it. Appreciate his work and have confidence he will be able to get my freezer in working order once the parts come in.

My dryer died. Jim ordered the needed part, came back on time, replaced the faulty part, cleaned lint from inside and out, also reprogrammed the buzzer on my microwave. He is wonderful! But he doesn’t do Sub-Zero, so Jorge came, repaired the freezer, educated me with pointers on storage, was professional and courteous. Never had a bad experience with techs from Cody’s! Kudos!

I had an amazing experience. Roland was the tech that came to my apartment. He showed up within the time frame he was suppose to and was very friendly, courteous, informative and answered all of my questions and held a friendly professional conversation with me. My freezer which was made in 1994 started making a clicking noise earlier that morning and I called them and got same day service. Roland tested my freezer to make sure the compressor had not gone bad and it hadn't which was good news. The part that had gone bad was not made anymore but Roland was able to do the repair and install a universal part that fixed the issue. He also gave me info on cleaning the back of my redrigereator to keep it in top running condition. I was looking for a locally owned business because I believe in supporting locally owned small businesses and based off Google reviews chose this company and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them.

Nathan is very professional and knows what he is doing. He came in to fix the left door panel height adjustment and the noise and able to quickly found the problem, the fan from the bottom freezer was clog with ice. Nate is the best, he is caring, friendly professional appliances repair, I had ever encountered of with the appliances issues we had. Nate came to work with our dryer issues but not only that he went above beyond the job that he was appointed to come to fixes. He fixed our fridge ice maker issues and he shared some information about how to keep things working right. He went and looked our freezer in the garage that we haven't used it for a long time because of wire broken issue to find out still working. So I absolutely recommend Nate to anyone that have appliances issues. Just contact quality appliances repair and request Nate his the best.

I have used Home Appliance Service several times over the years before COVID and now after. I had an iceberg built up in my freezer. It prevented my ability to close the door fully and once closed it was frozen shut. H.A.S. sent someone to my house in a timely manner. The first attempt seemed like it fixed the problem.They got rid of the frozen iceberg and the freezer was working and could open and close again. But, after they left the fridge began acting up and wasn’t cooling my food. They sent someone else out to address the issue, again in a timely manner. This time their fix lasted and the fridge and freezer have been working perfectly since. The technician asked when the last time was I changed the water filter. I am in a wheelchair and told him I have never changed it because I can't reach it. I thought when he left my service was concluded. They contacted me shortly after to schedule another service. I said “I was not aware I had another service.” The woman on the phone said it was a water filter. I said “oh yeah, that would be great! It has never been changed. I’ve had it for about 5 years now.” We scheduled that appointment. The technician noticed my water dispenser had build up on it. He cleared that off and told me the water should run smoother now and not splash me. I was so thankful for all he had done. I was really thankful when I got water for the first time and my face didn’t get splashed. That is the height of my head when I am dispensing water. It dispenses as smooth as can be now. They did all those repairs and came out all those times and only charged me for the original service call, and the price of the water filter I believe. I was blown away. I originally thought my fridge was a goner and it would cost so much it would be cheaper to buy a new fridge. I don't recall the exact price right now, but it was in the two hundreds for doing all that work and coming out all those times. That was more than worth it to me and felt very reasonable. I was so shocked and happy. H.A.S. is the first business I have experienced since COVID that continues to do business the same way they did before it. Their prices are reasonable and their service is impeccable. I get so sick of all these businesses I encounter that use COVID as an excuse for high prices and poor service. Quite frankly I was expecting that from H.A.S. I am so happy I was wrong and pleasantly surprised at their “business as usual” approach; along with their integrity to go above and beyond to make my life easier when I didn't even ask for it. They could have chosen to leave a never changed water filter where it was in hopes it would cause problems for the fridge and give them more business later on. But, that is not their way. They have integrity and do what's needed to fix the appliance so their services are not needed sooner than necessary. I was just so impressed by them I had to write a review. I have not written many, so that is saying something. But, they totally earned it and I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Thank you H.A.S. for your outstanding service, thoroughness and integrity. You have given me hope in a post COVID world that maybe some things can still be the way they were before COVID. My entire experience, from the people on the phone and the technicians that came out, was just wonderful and totally professional. Thank you so much.

had an unexpected fridge breakdown called our warranty co Fergusen through the builder we bought the appliance from and they were terrible Fergusen stated they will contact a repair co and never heard back called several times and was told order was sent and we would have to wait till 3 days for someone to come out. meanwhile we have a fridge and freezer full of food we cant afford to lose. was in a panic when a sweet lady from HAS called to let me know they had a cancellation and where sending out a tech in 20min!! thank goodness they were so nice the technician was great fixed everything and saved the day. wonderful customer service, very much appreciated. this will be our go to co for repairs. Thanks HAS!!!

Lake appliance came to check my freezers ice maker. Turns out it needed replaced. Thankfully one was in stock and the service agent kindly came back out. I didn’t have to wait for another opening. Thank you! Excellent service!

Have had issues from day 1 with fridge and freezer not cooling. Had a lot of food spoilage. First guy that came out said that Whirlpool allows an 8 degree temperature difference. Fridge was reading 40-42 so repair guy said 50 degrees was ok. I knew better but that guy jwas just in too big a hurry to listen and try to figure out the problem. Very frustrating. So I called back again and Tyler C. came out. He listened to the problems, and because he happened to have the same fridge knew exactly how to help. He didn't rush to get out to the next job. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me where the airflow vents were, that the other guy would not. Maybe the other guy didn't know. Tyler offered great advice to keep freezer and fridge running well and to maintain proper temperatures. He also gave me his card and mentioned if fridge and freezer ever stop maintaing temperature, I just needed to call and he would try to get her that very day. He's the type of repair person everyone wants. Very impressed with his help.
