Lamar was readily available to come repair our refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. The ice maker had stopped working, water was leaking and freezing in the bottom of the freezer. The washing machine was leaking on the spin cycle. He arrived promptly after notification he was on the way, worked quickly, politely, professionally and was very personable. It was great to find a local repairman -something hard to find for Henry County. And I appreciate the opportunity to support a US veteran.

I called on a Sunday morning because my freezer was not working properly. I was scheduled for the next day, Nava came and was extremely friendly and explained all the steps of the maintenance. I will be using them again.

We have used Mr Appliance twice before for a dishwasher and clothes washer and they were excellent. We had a freezer go out so we called them. The techs came out and after testing said they were sure that all it needed was a charge of refrigerant. I stressed that the freezer could be replaced for $650 so I didn't want to put much money in it. They proceeded and when they were done the lead tech said he was confident the freezer was fixed and it would be cold by end of day. The freezer never dropped below room temperature, not after they left or by end of day. I spent $357 and there was no change in the freezer. I called Mr Appliance back and they scheduled a time between noon and 2 pm. I waited until 2:15 and they had not arrived or called. When I called the office, I was told they were finishing up and would be to my house soon. As I had an appointment for work I could not wait. I feel I wasted $357 and that the freezer was not diagnosed correctly. I also wasted an afternoon of my time waiting on the techs who never even called that they were late. I own my own business and also have appointments. Rather then waste more money, I simply bought a new freezer.

Freezer drain was frozen. Drain was cleared and all frozen water was removed and area cleaned up. Efficient, arrived on time and price was great

Chris, our technician, was very efficient. He analyzed the problem with our refrigerator freezer and explained it to me. He quoted me a price before he began, which was reasonable, and then there were no surprises. I will definitely use this company again. The lady in the office was very friendly and accommodating when I asked if they could give me a earlier appointment.

Amazing service by an educated tech. Talked and explained all the steps of fixing a goofy freezer problem on the ice maker. Personable and could tell it wasn't it his first radio with the problem on the ice maker. Would recommend to all family and friends.

Tyler was very friendly and easily diagnosed the inverter issue with the freezer in the camper. He had to order the part which will be installed on Wednesday. Our home freezer had a condenser fan that had stopped working. Tyler had one in his truck and was able to fix it immediately.

I had the worst experience with my Frigidaire refrigerator not getting cold in my refrigerator section . Freezer was freezing perfect , but my refrigerator section was getting warmer and warmer every minute. I had no clue, so I was gonna go to buy a new refrigerator. But honestly my money was tight , and I got lucky my wife said why don’t we repair it. Honestly this is my first repair .so I looked up a repair company called Precision appliance, they had a great rating on the internet and their website was super easy to read. But still I’m worried, so I set appointment , then two hours later a truck pulled in my drive way logged up . Still nervous, the gentleman that got out was very clean cut and professional . I welcomed him in and he introduced his self as William King. So I walked him back to my refrigerator . He asked me what it was doing wrong and I explained . And I was so relieved his response was we see this often and it’s a common affordable repair. He then started disassembling so I went in my living room . 15 minutes later he told me he has it figured out and that I had some bad baffle motor . I have no clue what that is but he said it opens up and let’s the cold air from the freezer enter the refrigerator side. So I’m expecting now it’s time to wait on part . He then tells me I’ll have you repaired in 45 minutes . So all of my worries disappeared. 45 minutes later he tells me give it a couple hours to be filled back up and your good To go . I then paid him and the price was affordable the refrigerator I have was only 250.00 for total repair. So bottom line thank you Mr.King your service was exceptional and I highly recommend your services to all my friends and family members and I’ll continue to use you on all of my appliances. I left a message on line after hours and they called me back within the hour. Got me in after a cancellation. Andre was extremely professional, very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Freezer part of fridge was constantly freezing up. He replaced heating element and I have not had any trouble at all! Older refrigerator but for the price of my repair I couldn’t come close to buying a new one. I will most definitely use them again, if I need to and absolutely recommend his service. Thanks Andre!!

Fixed freezer back up and running no time

Kody did an excellent job repairing our GE Cafe fridge/freezer & was kind enough to put food back into it to stay cold when he had to go for a replacement part. Highly recommended.

Our chest freezer stopped working Labor Day weekend. Two technicians were there on Thursday, by Saturday they had the part they needed and my freezer has been working since Saturday afternoon. Very pleased with my first time experience with them.

Repairman came. Was NOT vaccinated and did not have a mask on. Luckily I asked him. I also requested he put a mask on. I had hand sanitizer, gloves and wipes just inside my door. He put the gloves on but complained his hands were raw from all the hand sanitizer. He said I had oatmeal clogging my freezer drain. (Possible) But he never pulled the refrigerator out against the wall or checked why water and dark liquid was coming out UNDER the refrigerator not just in the refrigerator. I don’t think this is going to fix the problem. Time will tell.

The gentleman who came was very professional and knowledgeable I wished that I had got him the first time my freezer stop working. He was thorough and he cleaned and replaced my food back in my deep freezer.

We used this company for warranty service on a new freezer that came with an error code. The freezer company sent us the part and set up the appointment with Universal Appliance Service. The service team installed the new part and waited to ensure the error was resolved. They really did a great job and their time is much appreciated.

Jonathan was excellent. We had searched the tristate area for a repairman. He diagnosed our broken freezer and had it cooling again within 30 minutes of his arrival then made sure to monitor it to ensure it returned to the proper temperature.
