Eugene was tenacious in repairing my freezer and ice maker—GE Profile refrigerator/freezer. Two problems. The side-by-side freezer had frozen ice inside, he discovered was caused by a water leak in the freezer. My ice maker was also not working. The water leak was fixed on the first visit, but the ice maker was more of a challenge. It took 4 more visits to my home to fix the ice maker and he always arrived in the timeframe promised. He was very fair with the price charged. He did not give up until the ice maker worked perfectly. He always left my kitchen neat. He was very polite. I felt I could trust him, give him the highest marks and would highly recommend him to family and friends and call him again for appliance repair.

Email after my fridge was having the same issue as before (Freezer chilling but fridge not cooling) after 5 months' time. Would have been nice to know there was a 3-month warranty on the repairs otherwise I would have gladly gone somewhere else.

Refrigerator went caput a week before Christmas..ya! So we call CR they send out Serge same day. I called 10 different places and no one could come out same day. Serge did though. He was very respectful of the home. Turns out motherboard and fan were fried. He somehow got it to work so we had a fridge while he ordered parts. Parts arrived two days later and Serge was back saving the day with parts. But the amazing thing is our fridge was only down a couple hours because Serge came to get it up and running while parts arrived. That’s service. Reasonable price considering it required two visits and two parts. Christmas was saved! Don’t hesitate to call CR….the reviews are real!
