Freezer was building up ice on fan and frost at top side. Tech recognized the problem in minutes and within one week came back with the 'right' parts to fix it.

We were very pleased with Appliance Professionals. The ice maker in our fridge/freezer had cracked and was no longer making ice. (and they showed the damage to us, which I appreciated) Appliance Professionals was able to replace the entire ice maker and we are back in business. The rep that came out to service us was one of the most professional we have ever worked with.

Samuel was very knowledgeable. The problem was my fan stopped and the refrigerator side was warming up, but the freezer side was working. He determined that ice had formed in the panel in back and all that was needed was to unplug fridge for a day or two and it would be good to go. He was so right, and saved me alot of money. Definitely recommend!
