We were having trouble with the freezer and ice maker on our fridge. Martin from Mr. Appliance did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem (needed a new fan). He was careful with our floors, personable, thorough, and very professional. And when I first called for service, I was happy to get a next-day appointment and a clear upfront explanation of the cost of the service call. Also they gave me a two-hour window for the appointment, and I got a call with an updated ETA (still within the two-hour window) when Martin was on his way to us. Everything was great. I hope not to have to call for repairs again soon, but if I do, Iām calling them!
