Meet with Tom Smith about adjusting my freezer in my pizzeria very nice guy told me he would be back soon with the part to take care of the freezer. Since then I have called him many times over the last three weeks and not heard back from him or the company. Freezer still not working right. Would like it taken car of please.

I was expecting more from jumpstart appliances with a 4.9 star reviews. I'm really disappointed and I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. My freezer stopped working and I have a home warranty to covered my appliances. Georgia was nice and efficient to schedule my appointment even if it was for the next day and not the same day. I understand that there were busy and next day was fine. Sam Vardanian, the contractor was aggressive and impatient. He diagnosed the fan that wasn't working but he also said that the thermostat was about to break and that we should change it. My home warranty didn't want to cover the expenses for the thermostat because it was still working. My home warranty is really easy to work with. They paid contractor right after the work is completed. Sam kept complaining and was aggressive with the home warranty representative who was just trying to do her job. He kept saying "That's why I stop working with home warranty". I understand some home warranty paid contractors later but not mine. The only step is to open the claim over the phone and give details. They wanted to charge $175.95 for a fan that you can find online for $26. They overcharged for part. The labor is also expensive a flat fee of $325. It doesn't even make sense to have a flat fee for labor. That means if the job take 1h it will be the same price that 8h job!!! The reason why the call with the representative took longer is because she was trying to get the pricing without the thermostat that didn't even need to be replace. The labor being a flat fee it wasn't really easy. He left my house before I can finish the call with my home warranty and he didn't even know if I will order the part to have my fridge repair. It was on Thursday and he said the part need to be order. So the job wouldn't be completed until Monday. 3 more days without having my freezer... We wouldn't mind having the job done with this company even if the job was overpriced but the experience with Sam was so bad. I also have a 11 months old baby. It's not easy to handle everything with a baby. I got a call from Georgia after I sent an email from this bad experience with Sam. It wasn't really satisfying. She said that we can still have the job done. No thank you! Giving money to rude people who overcharged for their service. It doesn't make any sense. We asked for a refund of the $125 trade call but of course they didn't want to refund us. Saying that Sam was at my house for 2.5 hours. I would prefer this interaction to last 30 minutes. My baby was starting to get fusy. That was a waste of my time and $125 wasted as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don't care about customers and overcharged.

Very impressed with my first repair call needed for my refrigerator. My ice maker wasn’t working and noticed that the fridge/freezer was not cooling. I requested an appointment for a quote and Vitaly was at my house within one hour. He diagnosed the problem and was very informative of my options as well as maintenance care which made me very confident to continue. Called after finding them on YELP. Came out within 2 hours. Tech was professional and got my fridge running again in a few minutes. He did indicate if the fridge stops again in the future we may need to replace the mother board. Advised to give some space on the back to wall. Also advised it should start making ice again after temp in freezer gets below 10 degrees.

Would highly recommend! Vitaly was able to come out within an hour of me calling. My fridge and freezer were not working and he was able to quickly determine the issue and fix it.

My Samsung refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer side. Vitaly came to my house today & quickly figured out the problem & repaired it. He finished the job in less than an hour. The price was fair. There is a service call fee but if you decide to go with them to fix the problem, they waive the fee. Vitaly was really nice & honest. I highly recommend this company to repair any of your appliances.

Our freezer door was not working properly and would not open all the way. The gentleman that came out to repair it was very courteous and efficient. Although he did not have the needed part, he was able to obtain it, return the next day, and finish the repair in less than five minutes. Thank you for a great job. STAY AWAY. Tech came and opened ice maker. Said we had to replace for $430 but thought freezer was just not closed correctly. After leaving, light in fridge would't work. I called because the freezer issue wasn't working still to have them repair and person on phone just wanted to deny they could have done anything and to have a different company fix my problems. That person knows nothing about customer service, I was asking to have them come fix it. Luckily it drove me to LG who identified it was a seal error code and the ice maker diagnosis wouldn't have fixed anything. So thank you for the incredibly terrible service. I did go to someone else and it saved me thousands and let me know not to work with these guys. *just wanted to add that when LG came, the Appliance Repair tech had left a magnet deactivating the light so it was this tech, being called a liar and being told to go somewhere else was absolutely on you guys. How many things can you guys get wrong in one customer interaction?

I called this company to have them come out and check our freezer and refrigerator. They came out the same day. They were here on time, and they were very friendly, professional honest. We will definitely give them a call again thank you for your honesty.

The technician came to my residence to evaluate my refrigerator. My refrigerator is operating normally. The technician pulled out the refrigerator from the wall. He also looked inside the refrigerator compartment and inside the freezer. The sound that I have been hearing is normal. The technician also replaced the ice and water filter

Never think about the refrigerator braking but it happened. All I could think about was how much money I was out in food and what a new refrigerator was going to cost. Thanks to appliance repair LV my refrigerator was fixed before l lose anything in the freezer. You guys are great.
