Diligent and professional service from Reiner and Julian replacing all the refrigeration components to my freezer. Only downside is the very high labor cost. Which were 3X the cost of the replacement parts.

The repairman, Jacob, is great; no complaints. The problem is this company's policies. They refuse to give a time slot for the service until the night before; by then, you can't schedule anything else for that day. However, worse than that it the woman doing the secheduling demanded the model and serial numbers of the both the refridgerator and freezers to be serviced. Since these were the only Sub-Zero products we have ever owned and have not changed, they obviously had them. I could not get my head into the freezer to see two of those numbers. She then told me she would need a credit card to bill BEFORE the service! This is not HIGH END SERVICE. People who buy Wolf and Sub Zero are high end customers who deserve better treatment than this.
