Warranty work being done on 3 month old freezer. Tech realized a quick was not working and ordered new seal. The service has been professional, the appliance is the problem.

Doctor Appliance connected with me promptly when referred by the manufacturer for warranty repairs on my recently purchased Frigidaire refrigerator. We scheduled the next available appointment for the repair, which was several days later. The service technician "Zach" called me when he was close to my home. He arrived at the scheduled time and quickly repaired the problem. He explained that this particular model had a problem with a defrost timer that often would fail. When the new part was installed, the unit began to work properly. The technician explained the time required for the unit to reach stable cool temperatures. He said to call him again if we had further problems, but he expected that the unit would work OK from now on, Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the help.

Tried to get a company that works on commercial refrigerators and freezer to work on mine but since I wasn't business they refused. I called Cutting Edge Appliance Repair, he came up diagnosed the problems and repaired. Freezer is working great now.

We have used Mike twice now. Once about a year ago for our freestanding upright freezer and then once recently for the freezer portion of our regular fridge/freezer. Both repairs were very reasonably priced, esp considering the cost of replacing these appliances. Mike is quick and efficient and got out here quickly both times. I called numerous repair places before calling Cutting Edge last year and they either wouldn't even look at my unit or their service call fee was so high it seemed a waste considering we weren't sure of cost of repair or if our unit could be repaired. When I asked Mike about the possibility of it not being able to be repaired he basically told me it would be highly unlikely based on my description that he couldn't repair it. Cutting Edge Appliance Repair Service was excellent. Mike was professional … prompt and knowledgeable. Diagnosis’ our 16yr old Amana refrigerator/freezer issue quickly. He had the part on his truck (don’t see that anymore!). Cleaned the entire (coils-fan-compressor)unit inside and out. Showed us what to watch out for going forward. We will use him again. We’d recommend.

The technician that serviced our Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer was outstanding. On his initial visit, he was unable to repair the appliance as he needed to replace some additional parts. Once the parts were delivered, he arrived as scheduled and replaced the new parts in short order. Should we have to have any additional appliance service, we would not hesitate to use the same company and, more specifically, the same technician. Thank you for the excellent service that we received.

These guys are persistent. We had an unusual problem with our ice maker in our fridge. They kept coming back until they got it right and we don’t have to use ice trays anymore!

My freezer was not cooling because the $30 fan went out. Mr. Appliance wanted to charge $750 to fix the issue. It took me 30 minutes to fix after ordering the $30 fan online. They are not worth what they charge.

All the folks at Mr. Appliance are extremely professional and know what they are doing. The staff is helpful, swift to take care of any issues and Justin was the technician who worked on my freezer, which was a complicated issue. He was thorough and amazing.

We called Mr. Appliance to come diagnose a problem with our stand up freezer in the garage. The diagnosis/visit fee was on the high side around $119, but they had good ratings so we agreed. The technician called ahead and arrived within the appointed time window. He checked it out and provided a diagnosis of repairs needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We researched possibly replacing the freezer instead, and decided for our situation (7 yr old, but only smaller freezers for sale now) that we would do the repair. The repairs were performed a week or so later, as scheduled, again at the appointed time and with professionalism and knowledge. Hopefully we won't need to take advantage of the 1 yr warranty they provided. The only reason I didn't score a 5 is the cost. It would have been nice to be a little lower.

Update: the part was replaced and leaking stopped; however, there is no water going to the icemaker. Repairman to revisit on Thursday. Fingers crossed. Zachary and trainee diagnosed my freezer ice maker issue and replaced the part the same day. Both were very polite and professional. Thank you guys!

Ken went above and beyond to diagnose The problem with my freezer, get the part, and return to get it working again. It will be very easy for me to recommend Mr. appliance to others.
