Freezer and Refrigerator both went out day before a big party. Did not think it possible to fix it in time for party. Brian Haren arrived and fix it in about 30 minutes. Very pleased with knowledge and professionalism.

Brian and Conner were prompt in arriving and very efficient installers, doing all they could to minimize inconvenience. They were very careful and attentive to all the details involved with swapping out the old washer with the new one and making sure there were no leaks with the new connections. Our Speed Queen washer, less than 2 years old, began having intermittent drain issues. Ace sent Brian again and he quickly and efficiently replaced the drain pump, still under warranty. NEW REVIEW JUNE 10, 2024 Our Whirlpool upright frost-free freezer began forming ice inside and the motor was making a terrible grinding noise, like a lawnmower. Brian came out and discovered loose rubber seal/gasket on the backside of the freezer, which was causing all of the problems. It probably occurred when the freezer was moved for our kitchen renovation. He reseated the gasket and put sealant around it to secure it in place. And he removed all of the ice buildup. Works great and now noisy motor! Thanks, Brian!! NEW REVIEW ON NOVEMBER 20, 2024 Jerry was great. He knew right away what the problem was and showed me that the repair cost exceeds the price of a new freezer. While it’s not great news, he was honest about everything and did not try to sell me anything.

Cole is always responsive and quick to get to our house. He is pleasant and professional. We have used him for freezer multiple times. This last trip he didn’t charge us. Great guy!

Ace worked me in to the schedule today as my freezer stopped freezing - service tech was super nice, knowledgeable, sorted it out quickly. Very happy with the service. Update: my 20 yo Samsung fridge sprung a leak - Ace to the rescue again. Same service tech, everything was taken care of quickly and neatly. Highly recommend their service.
