I can't recommend A-Aaron highly enough. Called at the end of the day for an appointment and they were at my house by 11:30 the next morning. Blaise was friendly, professional, and thorough. I was dealing with an issue with my Fridge/Freezer that was fairly complicated but apparently common in our model(thanks Whirlpool!). I had already had a different company out and they had "identified" a repair and quoted me a price to install the new part, then they never came out and did the install, completely ghosting me. I explained all this to Blaise over the phone while scheduling thinking we could skip the service call part and he could just order the part the other company said I needed. Blaise said they needed to come out and diagnose it for themselves and I am very glad he did. He found a "service memo" that detailed my issue, and that there was no sure repair but instead a number of things that could be the problem. So in other words I could start replacing parts but unless we got lucky with the first option, I could be out near the cost of a new fridge by the time we solved it and even then it was no sure thing. So if the other company showed up, or A-Aaron just ordered the part and installed it I would've been out $500 and potentially looking at another $500+ if that didn't work. On the other hand, Blaise laid out all the details and options, and how if I wanted to try replacing one of the parts, I could do it myself and possibly save $1-$200. He also tried one of the repairs in the memo that didn't require a new part, and while it hasn't completely solved the issue, it has helped and didn't cost anything to try. Definitely give A-Aaron a call.

I am not a bot. You can check my history. Blaise is the absolute best. He diagnosed an issue with our 2000s era GE side by side fridge/freezer in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed in less than 10. All the while being friendly and explaining what was going on with the unit at the same time. He even provided assistance to clean our evaporator coil with a cleaner solution for no charge because he had already gotten behind the fridge . Then when the freezer had 2 separate unrelated issue a couple weeks later, he returned and fixed them and cleaned up the area for a nominal fee. I absolutely trust Blaise for our fridge/freezer and I will never call anyone else again. Top recommendation.

My Kenmore upright freezer began thawing, and I was able to save most of the meats and foods in it. I have a warranty plan on my appliances, and a service person they use checked it. Of course, the company didn’t do anything because of a “sealed unit” being the problem! I looked on line and saw Appliance EMT, so I called. I explained what was wrong and asked about Freon - could it be replaced. I knew it had apparently all leaked out. I spoke to a very nice man, and was told it could be. I had company at that time, so I asked if someone could come that next Monday. An appointment was made for first thing that day, and the service personnel were there early!! The gentleman and lady were fantastic!! He checked the freezer thoroughly, and found nothing else was wrong. He checked the label on back which told the Freon needed and used, and he showed it to me and the Freon needed. I wanted my freezer to work, so he immediately began to do the work!! I am pleased that the freezer is now working, and I have placed some of the items in it. The service was wonderful, and I am so happy and pleased! I recommend using Appliance EMT for the fast service and experienced personnel. Next time I have a problem, I will definitely use them!

My freezer stopped on a Saturday and I was able to call. I was very happy to find you answered calls on Saturdays. The receptionist was very polite and said a repair technician could look at my problem on Monday. Your business did not forget about my problem and I was reminded on Monday of the time window. The repair technician knew what he was looking for, explained what he was doing and finding. He allowed me time to clean the inside of the frig as he worked so at the end of the day I had a working clean refrigerator. I had questions and they were answered so I could understand what was going on. Thank you for being there when I needed you. And if I have problems again, I definitely will give you a call.

Within 30 minutes of calling two technicians arrived at my home to repair a secondary refrigerator/freezer in my garage. They gave me three possible reasons why the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. After a 10-15 minute check the problem was resolved. A new starter was needed to repair the problem. Within 12 hours the refrigerator /freezer was working properly. I will definitely use Appliance EMT for any emergency repairs for any of my appliances.

Erick from Mr. Appliance did an awesome job fixing our refrigerator's freezer issues. We have a Liebherr CS2062 fridge, and the freezer had stopped staying cold. Liebherr didn't have service available directly in our area and I'd tried a few local places to see if they could fix it and they told me they didn't work on Liebherr products. I was going to give up, but called Mr. Appliance and thankfully they were willing to give it a shot. When Erick came out, he said he had only worked on a couple of Liebherrs previously. He went through a few troubleshooting steps and eventually got on the line with a Liebherr support person that walked him through some extensive troubleshooting steps. They determined that a sensor had gone bad, and within a couple of days the part came in and Erick had us fixed. Very thrilled that it was fixable and with Mr. Appliance.

Samsung dryer stopped heating; obviously the heating element. Called Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra, FL, and requested immediate appointment. Dispatcher called back and arranged for a technician to arrived the next day. It was the heating element, which Scott (the technician) determined to be the problem in a matter of minutes. Didn't have part on his truck, so he called the office to place the order. He anticipated the part to arrived on Monday, (this was on Friday) and an appointment would be made for Tuesday. As Scott said, the part arrived on Monday and was installed on Tuesday. He even cleaned out the inside of the dryer since he had it apart. Mr. Appliance (Scott and Justin) returned to install a new gasket/magnet door seal on the Frigidaire Professional fridge in our kitchen. Two came out because the side-by-side units (fridge and freezer) were aligned during the last visit and needed to be adjusted; it was covered under the work warranty. Both went beyond the call of duty to get the units properly aligned; not sure they were the day installed over 10 years ago. The seal replacement was fast and non-eventful. Another great job by both of these technicians. Update: An office was opened in Jacksonville Beach and this area was in its service area. Used that location and was satisfied. Called two day ago learned that the Jax Beach franchise no longer exists; now back to Ponte Vedra. Called because of washer problem. Erick came, worked on it and said it was repaired. The next day the washer again stopped, showing an error message of LE with a tube filled with an excessive amount of water. I used the emergency drain to remove 5 buckets of water to be able to open the door and removed the clothes. It is likely a pressure switch problem, as Erick was first concerned about but felt it was just a "brain scramble" because of a drawstring being caught in the door when running the load. The machine is old and likely needs a new pressure switch.
