I bought a fridge from a second-hand retailer that was nice on the outside, but after a couple of weeks, it was room temperature inside.. The freezer still worked. The guy I bought it from did warn me it could happen, but I still wanted it. I didn't think it made sense to send it back, even though it was under warranty. But Capitan came to my rescue, and now I have a beautiful fridge that works. Thanks, guys!

Unprofessional service, unresponsive owner. We had them troubleshoot our freezer. They mistakenly went to our neighbors house for two hours and tried working on their refrigerator before we called them to tell them they were at the wrong house. They ended up making our refrigerator water dispenser not functional during trouble shooting and said that it’s our problem and nothing that they did (working fine prior to them). They also damaged our wood floors by not using floor sliders for the refrigerator. We have been trying to contact the owner for several days without a callback. Poor experience with them so far.

Technical was personable and professional. However, he was not able to repair our refrigerator/freezer. He showed us the parts we need but unfortunately, they are obsolete and cannot be ordered. He said the only option we have is to purchase a new refrigerator/freezer. So $79 dollars spent and refrigerator/freezer still not working correctly.

Charles did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and working with GE to get the problem resolved (will need a new oven). Also, he looked at a refrigerator problem and alerted us to a recall issue (to be fixed at a later date). UPDATE: Appliance Guys had to reschedule the first attempt to fix the refrigerator recall because of a van crash. Okay, no problem: they rescheduled for the following Thursday and gave me a 10 to 2 window (got two confirmatory texts). Scheduled my day around the service window. 10 to 2 came and went, and no one showed up and no phone call. I had to leave the house for another appointment: 3:40pm I get a call from Charles that he is 15 minutes away; I tell him I am not at home, that the appointment was for 10-2. He complains about some scheduling software, I should have been updated, etc. Fortunately, I can remotely allow access, so I do. Charles arrives and is there for 15 minutes (based upon my door lock entry and exit log). A day later I notice that my vegetables are freezing and have to throw them out. Put in a thermometer and the refrigerator is reading at 26F, not the 37F of the set point. I increased the temp set point to 44F, hoping to offset things, and the temp still reads 26F after running overnight. And the freezer is not at 0F but 5F...and the unit is running all of the time. And stuff is still freezing. Went from a good experience to a bad one. Still waiting for my oven replacement (over three weeks now, though not necessarily an Appliance Guys issue: GE quality has really dropped in the last 10 years).

Charles was awesome! Quickly came and diagnosed our issue with our freezer. Was great at explaining what he was doing and what he was finding. Was in and out super quick and fixed the problem. Highly recommend you go with them to help fox appliances

I contacted Turner Appliance on 6/21 because my seal was broken on my freezer. Was told the repair people carry them on their trucks. 6/21 appointment and he said she misspoke and they would order one. ( no problem, it happens) 6/30 was the next appointment and after he removed the old seal, realized they ordered the wrong part. No problem he would get the right one overnighted and be back out to install it. In the meantime, he taped the freezer closed with electrical tape which didn’t hold so I lost all of the contents. I called on 7/1 to find out when it would be installed and was told they didn’t see it as ordered but the person in charge of parts leaves at noon and to call back the next day. The next day they told me they would order it and I got an appointment for 7/6. Surprise wrong part again. They do not return phone calls or communicate. They blame it on new people in the office.
