Refrigerator/Freezer lights went out. Everything was still cold/frozen so we couldn't understand what happened. Called the warranty people who sent Convenience Appliance out to fix the issue. Zach came out on time and ready to fix our problem. He was super nice and didn't have a problem answering mine or my husband's questions. Zach went over everything he needed to check to make sure he knew what had to be done. He explained why the lights went out. After a couple minutes and a light being replaced the lights were working. Hopefully we don't need another appliance fixed any time soon. But if we do we'll make sure that we call Convenient Appliance Service.
