We had a freezer that was dripping water and he able to come out the next day, even made it 2 hours early to the appointment (calling before of course to make sure we were available). Repair took about an hour and we had the freezer all back together and the food back in! Very friendly, prompt service, quality service. I would definitely call for another repair in the future.
