. I want to past on to you the wonderful and kind service I received when calling Cardinal Appliance Service. I had called and left a message about how my Whirlpool side by side fridge and freezer. I opened the freezer on Sunday and found a small stream of water spraying the interior of the freezer. It had covered all the food and I was able to get the food that was still frozen out to my other freezer. iI didn't know who to call for help, so I was bailing water near the ice cube maker. I had to keep getting up during the night to empty large bowl that would be filled and there was a container in the bottom of the freezer. I had some frozen water and water running water under the freezer that spread under the freezer. I tried to look up repair man for the freezer and left many messages for call backs this morning. No one had called me back so I called my nephew who is a home builder and he told me about Cardinal Appliance and to talk to Rob. I called and also left a message describing what was going on. Rob called in a short amount of time and we discussed the problem. He told me that he was booked through the day but he told me would come over today to be sure it was taking care of today. He said it would be later from 3-5PM. Rob called me about 1:30 and said he had a break in his schedule and would be over in 5 minutes. As soon as he came in he went right to my freezer and I told him where the water was coming from and it was the ice cube maker. He took off that part and saw that the part was frozen so the water had no where to go. A friend had come over to help me find the water turn off and we turned it off. Rob offered me a couple of choices to what I wanted to do. I had him remove the ice cube maker and the water dispenser off and I would not have any more problems. He was so thorough and only charged me for the service call. I saved lots of money as the replacement parts were very expensive. Ron was awesome. Fixed the freezer quick, very professional. Even looked at my stove and found that another repairman had failed to finish that job. 100% recommend. Will be calling in the future for any appliance repair needs.

Unbelievable service on our Samsung side by side refrigerator /freezer. Couldn't get anyone to service our Samsung Refrigerator until I got a hold of Ron. Did a great job, very professional, and very reasonable. I would recommend no one else to work on my appliances, outside of Ron at Cardinal Appliances.
