Best Freezer Repair Companies in Goose Creek, South Carolina

My refrigerator is still under warranty which this company was an approved authorized repair shop under Whirlpool. This company told me upfront of the long lead time to receive parts (I was understanding of that because it’s not their fault). They received my parts after 2 months. They called on Friday the 12th, after their business hours. I immediately returned their voicemail left and since they were closed I left a voicemail. This is where I heard and learned their hours of operation. I knew I would not receive a call back that day, but Monday I would. I was so happy my food loss and time was coming to an end, so I thought. I was super excited as nightly I have to manually defrost my freezer. I lost so much food during these almost 3 months (time for them to come assess and part lead time). So on Monday I did not receive a call back and then Monday evening I called again and left a voicemail stating I was unhappy with how unprofessional of not calling me back and I that would not use this company for personal repairs if that is how they treat customers. Now today (Tue at 11:34) I received a phone call back. He was very rude and authoritative (sounded like the owner because how he immediately treated me). He did not introduce himself. He proceeded to tell me I could look up their business info on their website for hours and days. I told him no need as I heard it on their detailed voicemail and of which I knew by that I would receive a return call back until Mon… but that never happened. I guess he was so rude to me because of the voicemail I left the evening prior. He would not let me talk - he only wanted to educate me on their hours that can be found on the website + more. I kindly declined his lessons due to the fact the phone call/our dealing was scheduling a time to repair. So I kept asking and he kept talking about his topic of interest. So again I stated this is why I’ll never use this company for personal repairs. He with an authoritative voice said he will be declining the work and will send the part back to whirlpool. The positive side; whirlpool has another company already set-up for Thursday of this week and has expedited my parts.
