my fridge went out at my house freezer not working maybe needing a new part to fix. called these guys and they said they cant send someone out for a week. if u only have one fridge thats not working what's the point in even calling this company.

Andy came and looked at my freezer and discover low on freon. He charged ot up and conducted a quick inspection and found that may have a small leak somewhere. He explained everything with me let me make the decision what I wanted to do. Tiger Mechanical took great care of my problem. Thanks Andy.

I recently purchased a new GE Profile counter-depth refrigerator after my freezer compressor went out. Spencer's delivered and set up the fridge, requiring many interior pieces. Everything seemed fine except the second day, the freezer wasnt closing and keeping the seal. A technician (different company) was sent out and was frustrated and said he couldn't fix it. That was two efforts. Then Tiger Mechanical became the third tech company to remedy the problem. Trevail came in, was told the series of events and calmly took the freezer apart (including the new freezer icemaker), re-seated everything and FIXED THE PROBLEM. Many thanks for solving our issue quickly! It's refreshing to have a tech come to the home and actually do it right the first time. I had Mark take a look at my refrigerator and stove top. He did his diagnostic and gave me honest feedback. He even offered to tell me how to fix my freezer myself if I wanted. I opted to have him fix it and am satisfied with the results. He acknowledged the repair on my stove would be pricey and it may be better to just replace. The whole process took around an hour. He offered to come back for free within 60 days if something went wrong with the repair. Seemed very reasonable.

My freezer was making a loud revving noise and items started to melt. Home Depot set me up an appointment with Eagle One appliance and Charles was my technician. Charles came in and was able to identify the problem in under a minute. He retrieved the proper tools from his vehicle, and washed his hands before working on the freezer components to help prevent contamination. He fixed the root problem and removed the majority of the icicle build up. Great service, attitude, and professionalism. I would definitely use Eagle One Appliance Repair again.

The icemaker was not working on our refrigerator. Our service tech, Jeff, quickly found the problem and returned when the parts were located. He was extremely thorough, courteous, and professional. We will never use anyone else for our appliance repair.
