When our LG Refrigerator/Freezer stopped making ice and the freezer defrosted, we thought our only option was the expense of getting a brand new appliance. We were wrong. The professionals at Mr. Appliance helped us navigate the LG company to secure the necessary parts to repair our six year old Refrigerator/Freezer. We were not aware of a class action suit against LG regarding bad compressors! This was the cause of the demise of our "youthful" appliance. Once all new parts were in hand, Randy took it from the there. Within a couple of ours, Randy had upgraded our Refrigerator/freezer with the new replacement parts. I am happy to report that we once again have a full bucket of ice and the appropriate storage temperatures have been reached! Thank you Mr. Appliance.

Mr. Appliance sent out two young technicians but the issue with my fridge was above their training and they sent out a master technician who took over and completed the repair. However, the handle on the freezer came off. It took me a couple of days and calls before I found out what was going on with getting my freezer door repaired which they happily came out and fixed. This is a new company trying to start up here and I love the fact that they allow their young people to use their newly taught skills on the job with a master technician to supervise and support! I highly recommend this company!!!

The freezer on our Samsung went into defrost mode. We were very fortunate Mr Appliance had a technician available to come out quickly and repair the sensor. He was knowledgeable and the service price was fair. Other appliance repair shops either refused to work on a Samsung or were unavailable for nearly a week.

Randy was very professional and did a great job working on my freezer, ice machine, and even took a second to look at my trash compactor. I would highly recommend this company
