Peter did an excellent job diagnosing and subsequently coming back to make the repair. After the initial call we tried just to defrost the freezer I hopes that would unclog the drain line (Peter suggested this to anviid the more costly repair) - unfortunately that didn’t work as we had to call Peter back. Both time he showed up on time, was courteous and professional. He is quick to answer his phone and schedule appointments.

Very happy with the professionalism and resolution of my refrigerator and washing machine issues. Had a side by side refrigerator that the ice maker stopped working. Apparently three wires at the bottom of the freezer door broke. Looking at the internet I thought the only solution would be to replace the entire door. Instead the tech said he could fix it by reconnecting the wires. It would not be guaranteed but should work for a while. He did the fix and we have ice once again. Less than $200 fix. I will use them again in the future.
