Called a major brand appliance repair directly from the manufacturer. Their guy came opened my freezer and said he would not stay to defrost it. He guessed I needed 3 parts to the tune of $700. I declined the work but still had to pay the $115. House call fee to have him open my freezer and make a guess. ..Called Express Appliance and technician came next day. He pulled the element that was burnt out and replaced it on the spot. Cured my problem for less than $300. And in less than an hour. I highly recommend Express. Call them if you want Grade A honest service.

Our freezer was frosting up. After manually defrosting and restarting, it did it again. I looked for a local appliance repair business and found Express Appliance online, with a lengthy time in business and good reviews. After calling and talking with Aram, he came out the following afternoon. Turns out he is my neighbor living in the next block! Aram checked the drain hose, etc. but noted that the seal on the right side of the door was not completely seated. He recommended defrosting, cleaning, and waiting 24 hours before starting the unit. Despite my offering to pay, Aram did not charge me for the quick visit and advice. We followed his instructions and it appears everything is working now as it should. I will recommend Aram and this business to anyone needing appliance repair!

When I noticed our 6-y.o. Samsung refrigerator getting less cold last Friday, I called a couple of places and left messages before trying Express Appliance Services. Aram answered right away and happened to be finishing another call nearby so came over within 20 min. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and has since returned twice to order the correct parts and to fix the problem so that it now looks and works like a brand new fridge (see photo). Aram also volunteered to check on our ancient Kenmore refrigerator/workhorse in the garage to ensure it continued to work properly; in doing so, he vacuumed and cleaned the coils (and gave me advice about keeping our Maytag washer in good working condition, to boot!). I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism, responsiveness, excellent communication, and quality service. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any other issues involving major appliances and will happily recommend him to my local family and friends. My freezer wasn't as cold as it should have been and my food started defrosting/melting. The service associate was able to fix the issue and took measures to prevent it from happening again. He was courteous and quick.

The freezer drawer in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator had been sticking for quite some time so I called Conner's Appliance to send someone over to fix it. Mark arrived, pulled on the drawer, ran his hand along the bottom of it, then asked for a rag and some Windex. Both were right there in the kitchen. Mark began along the bottom of the drawer and then up the sides. It didn't take long, and the drawer opened very smoothly. Mark told me he has four kids, so he knew immediately what was wrong with the drawer. Something in the fridge had spilled on it and had run down to form great stickiness! We haven't had kids here for some time so it had to be one of us who did that? You would think we would have noticed something spilling and have cleaned it up. Mark came a couple days later to replace the gasket on the right refrigerator door. Being a pop-in, it was a fast repair that he had obviously made before. If we ever have any other appliance problems, I am going to call Conner's Appliance Repair and ask for Mark!

They were very professional and prompt! The appointment reminders day before and before the technician arrives are amazing! He got our outdoor freezer fixed and ready to handle the summer heat this year. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
