After reading many positive reviews I decided to call FWRP as our freezer was building up with ice in the back and not defrosting. FWRP was out the same day and diagnosed the issue and ordered the needed control board and had it repaired within a couple days. This is a family owned business. The owner’s son is very knowledgeable, professional and was great to work with, explaining in detail the issue. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend FWRP.

Matt and his associate changed the compressor on my LG Refrigerator very quickly. They were right on time, in fact a little early because they had a cancellation. Later that day, I noticed an error message on the front panel for the refrigerator and freezer. When I called to ask about this they told me they would come out the next day. Our 16 year old GE Monogram ice maker was acting up and the freezer side was building up a large amount of frost. It took 3 return visits for y'all to finally find the culprit and make the repair. While some might find this excessive, we observed your technicians logically and sequentially addressing the issue from the most likely cause to the final fix, which was a very obscure piece of the equipment. Each time we called, y'all came quickly and kept at it until our freezer was back in working condition...no charge after the initial payment and very professional in your attitude. Thank you for your help! We will recommend you to others and utilize your services if needed in the future.

Atif came out on Tuesday to fix my washer and my ice maker in my fridge. He was very honest and told me my washer was not leaking but the plumbing from the wall was leaking. So that was no charge! Then he looked at my ice maker and saw that it was totally froze up and it wasn’t removable so there was no way to replace it that day. He told us to thaw the fridge and ice maker so we left it off for 24 hours. He came back out on Wednesday afternoon and found that the freezer was still frozen! But he worked his magic and got it thawed and was able to replace it. He worked so hard on this and I am so thankful! Thank you Atif! I will always call him for any appliance repair.

Called them first thing this morning due to our freezer not working. Atif was able to come out earlier than originally planned, diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced within an hour. Super honest people, they show you exactly what they're doing, what their prices are for parts, they leave the bad part behind so you can see they didn't try to pull one over on you, and their prices are excellent compared to other companies. Fixed the freezer on the side by side. Works great 👍🏼. Geoffrey fixed the ice maker, we know have ice and my ice cream doesn’t melt anymore 😀. Now the freezer works like a charm.

this is a bit late but...Q from Appliance Recovery came out to fix my freezer and I could not have asked for a better experience. It had stopped closing properly. I bought a freezer door gasket from Amazon. My friend put it on. After a grueling 2 hours and many body pains later it did not latch! I called Appliance Recovery and Q came out the next day. Q was courteous, polite, respectful of my property, explained everything and said he would order the "correct" gasket and come back as soon as it arrived. True to his word Q came back and fixed my freezer up in record time. Q always had a smile on his face and answered all my questions. He even took pictures of the wiring to show me that I did not have any dust accumulation. Q and appliance recovery will get all of my work orders in the future! Q even told me the best appliance to replace my freezer and refrigerator if and when I need to replace them. Thank you Q!!!

Appliance Recovery came out to fix a leak I was having in my refrigerator/freezer. Geffory was promp he was clean cut. You don't see that very often these days. He was very friendly answered my questions, he got the job done right, plus not a big price tag. Will use again and recommend to others

Callahan’s service is awesome. Kerry was my tech guy. Along with his Traini. They were both awesome. They took their time to find out why my refrigerator freezer was frosting over but were very quick to what out the problem. Cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them both. I was thoroughly satisfied with Callahan's Appliances repair process/service visits. The technician that came out - I believe his name was Spencer - was fantastic. He was timely, efficient and answered any and all questions. Lauren, whom I believe scheduled the service visits and collected receipt information, was also very efficient and clear and concise in her communication. My LG refrigerator is 3.5 years old, and the compressor was on its way out - and was causing excessive frost build-up on the fan in our freezer, if I recall Spencer's diagnosis correctly. Either way, Spencer came out and diagnosed the unit. Notated the issues, what parts would need to be replaced and ordered, and an approximate timeline. He came back within a few days after the parts had arrived and got the unit buttoned-up. Would not hesitate to recommend for appliance repair.
