My refrigerator and freezer went out on July 2nd. I was afraid I'd be without one for the whole Holiday weekend. I was also worried I would need to buy a new one. Mr Appliance came out the same day and replaced a the fan motor for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

Mr. Appliance came to our home the next day after calling them and arrived in the time frame scheduled. He replaced the heating element in our dryer in under an hour! It is now working great!!! SW Mr. Appliance is great. Refrigerator was not cooling. Very pleasant person on the phone when I called to see if they could help us. She called back to tell us the tech was on his way. Jerry, the tech, was able to fit us in within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and was up and running like new again. In our case no parts needed. Frozen (ice build up on the cooling fan). Our go-to place for appliance repairs and telling friends if the need repairs done. 5 star, thank you!!!!!!

Mr. appliance was professional and good But the frigidaire freezer I bought a year ago developed different problems beyond repair.

I highly recommend this company! I left a message on their machine since it was after hours and they promptly returned my call the next day to set up an appointment. About 30 minutes before they arrived, I received a text from the company with the name and photo of the technician. The technician was very knowledgeable with a friendly personality. He diagnosed the problem, we accepted the price, and he was back out the next week to fix it. (The ice maker in our freezer had quit working.) Every company now charges a fee to come out, and Mr. Appliance isn't different, but, what is different, is that if you approve the repairs, that fee goes towards the total cost. Win! If you need an appliance repaired, I can definitely say to call these guys.

I called LG about my refrigerator and freezer stopped working and they contacted your company, Brook-Mill. Jamison showed up on time and was so very professional. He performed the repair in a very timely manner. You should be very fortunate to have him as an employee. He is great at his profession. Had a fantastic experience with Brook-Mill Appliance Repair. I had warranty repair work done on my LG refrigerator freezer combo. The service associate, Jacob, was amazing start to finish. Extremely personable and took the time explain why the repair work was needed, where the issue occurred, and provided me with great advice on maintaining the LG in the future. The recent power outage killed my washer. A-1 took great care of me. Gave me a great price on a used washer and delivered it the next morning. Also connected it at no additional cost. Got clean clothes for the new year. Went back when I needed a freezer. Good deal, delivered the next day. Then my fridge died; I went back to the guy who treated me right. Good deal, delivered in a day. Saved much food in the freezer I bout last time. Need a used appliance? A-1 Mark's will treat you right.

They were quick to ask if we needed help and took us to the area we needed. They answered our questions, set up delivery, and took our old standup freezer when they delivered the newer one. Very pleasant people.

My ice maker was leaking and making big globs of ice in the ice bucket. I had a different repair place come out (because I had bought the refrigerator from an associated company). The guy came out 3 times. First visit he stopped one of the leaks. Called him out again and after he left I was getting no ice. He came out the 3rd time. He had put something around the hose that made it freeze up. After he took that off I was getting dirty ice. Called a 4th time. A different guy came out and barely looked at it. Said I needed a new ice maker and to order it from Amazon and install myself or if they installed it they would charge another $129 and labor to install it. I ordered the ice maker and installed it but then I couldn't get any water to run so THANKFULLY I found A1-Mark's online. Mark came out two days later. Took one look at it and said I needed a new hose because the old one was corroded. The other guys never even looked at the hose. He replaced it at a reasonable price and now I have nice, clean ice.
