Best Freezer Repair Companies in Fenton, Missouri

3 visits from Zack over 3 months and finally the were able to fix a leak in my bosch freezer. Wondering why I had to pay for them to figure out what was wrong. They are not responsive of to your problems and really don't seem to care that water is leaking all over your hardwood floor. His last visit was $175.00 on top of the prior two visits that cost $300.00. I won't be calling them back for any other appliances.

I woke up recently to find my refrigerator went out overnight. I instantly called my nearest appliance repair business, which was St. Louis Appliance Repair Group. This was at about 8:30am. I was told someone would be here between 9:30 and 12:30, and they’d call me 30 minutes before arrival. Well, it gets to be 1pm with no call, so I call them. The lady tells me that apparently I called them and they were just waiting on me to call and schedule an appointment. This does not align at all with my conversation that morning. I explained that and she put me on hold. Then she came back saying they weren’t going to be able to make it by 12:30 (obviously since it was already 1pm) but they would send someone out that afternoon. I asked the time because I had an appointment that I simply couldn’t miss that I had to leave my house by 5pm. She said she couldn’t give me any time at all, but I’d get a call 30 mins before. I finally get a call at 4:10 telling me they’d arrive in about 40 minutes, which assuming they were telling the truth about the time (and I had little faith in that given the past experience) that would give them exactly 10 minutes to fix my fridge. I know the result would just be me having to pay the $157.50 service fee that they are obsessed with, but not being able to fix anything. So, I cancelled. I managed to get my most valuable frozen food into my parents’ deep freeze, but I did suffer a significant loss of food as a result of the bad service of this company. Not only did they not come out, but they lied about the timing causing me to not call a more reputable company. I like to support local business but I will never consider them again. To anyone reading this, please look for a more reliable company if you are dealing with a time-reliant issue like a fridge failure. This company’s lies and incompetence cost me a lot of money.
