Braden is all about honesty, integrity, professionalism and giving customers the best value. On Labor Day HOLIDAY I gave him a call and within ONE HOUR he came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot!!! WOW!!! Who does that??? My refrigerator freezer door wouldn't close to seal. I described the problem during the phone call and he said he had expected to see a faulty hinge (high dollar item) that needed replacement. After seeing it though he said the frame looked racked and deducted that the original installers (4 years ago) had issues moving it in. BINGO! That was exactly the case. Thinking we were possibly facing MAJOR $$$ issues, he then proceeded to try some very creative leveling and adjustments to mitigate the problem. As if by magic, the door then perfectly aligned, tight seal, problem solved, at very reasonable price. And PERSONABLE, too. Although the job was done quickly, I never felt rushed as he took the time to relate with a genuine and amiable personality. / Great experience!! Thanks, Braden
