What a wonderful experience! This was our first time using Virginia Appliance Repair (VAR) to address an issue with the ice maker in the freezer drawer. The technicians, Mr. Haileselassie and his apprentice, arrived as scheduled and efficiently and effectively completed the repair, and our ice maker and freezer drawer are once again functioning perfectly. Undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I was referred to VAR by my refrigerator manufacturer to fix our ice machine that just clogs up and stops working. That was 5 months ago, and I have had to call VAR about every 2-3 weeks since. They've sent out different technicians on multiple occasions, but the answer to our problem is always different and no one has actually done anything to fix it. They also close out our jobs after every visit, so when I call for an update the people on the phone are always confused because it says the job was "completed." We were waiting on a replacement part for weeks, and when they finally came out today with it, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. Not only that, it appears the technician broke a piece of the fan in the freezer in the process, and now it's making a loud noise. Our fridge is more broken than it was originally, and I will definitely be finding another company to fix both the old and new issue.

Fixed a leak on our washing machine, replaced a drip pan and sensor on our fridge, adjusted the fan in our freezer. Excellent customer service. Shout out to Jamal for figuring out what the problems were and fixing everything. Definitely recommend for any appliance repair.
