Avoid at all costs. Had a freezer that was not working. Technician came out looked at it and now the refrigerator or water dispenser no longer works. So basically I paid $89(which I will be getting back) to have someone come out and make the appliance worse off and spoil $300 in groceries. When they called on the phone and asked about it lady on the phone didn’t seem to concerned or apologetic about it. They claim the freezer not working is why the refrigerator is not working, but that is funny because the refrigerator was working just fine for two weeks until they came out and messed it up.

This was a complete waste of money. Not only did they not fix the freezer, but they broke the refrigerator, so I now have to throw out all the perishables in my refrigerator. I will never use Niceleys for anything again.

Called Nicely's because my refrigerator wasn't cooling but my freezer was. They came out said it was the thermostat so they ordered one and replaced it. Waited 2 days and refrigerator still hadn't improved so I called them back and they came out and said it could be some other part and they'd have to order it. I said ok and then the next day I opened the refrigerator and it was cold again but the light was blown. So it turns out that the light was staying on all the time the door switch wasn't being activated to turn off the light. I called and told them not to order the part I found the problem and I requested a refund for the $300 they charged me for a part and labor I didn't need. They said they were going to test my old thermostat to make sure it wasn't the problem. The problem with that is the repair man who replaced my thermostat left it on my counter and I threw it away. So I asked how are you going to test my old thermostat when you don't have it? They put me on hold and said they would get back to me. They never did I paid $300 for a misdiagnosis and a part I didn't need. So they get one star for not doing the right thing. Also properly diagnosing the problem is the most important part otherwise they're guessing. If they'd like to make this right they know how to reach me.
