Adam is so smart and he knows appliances well. He helped me with changing a part for my dishwasher top rack. And when my freezer stopped working, he diagnosed an energy surge, turned the compressor on and didn’t charge me for it! I realize later the reason my microwave time and stove top time is off by minutes is prob an energy surge. He is competent and yet doesn’t charge!

We had One Source come out for a warranty call through Lowes and couldn’t be happier! We had issues with our fridge freezing items from day one. Another company came out initially & told us to put things on the top shelf of the fridge that we don’t mind freezing! One Source sent Lee out and in 10 minutes he explained what was wrong with our fridge and the parts he was going to order. Once the parts were in, he had everything replaced in 30 minutes. Brandon arrived promptly at the time stated. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. Brandon did a great job. They were able to come in earlier than expected and he fixed my freezer super-fast. He did end up being a bit more expensive than I was hoping, but I suppose you save money in the long run by having it fixed right. Overall a good company for repairs.
