Our LG fridge was on the fritz and contents scattered all over the house to keep things cold and frozen while we would have waited 6 days for a different service provider. I've solved freezer issues before but this one was past my comfort zone. Searching online, and after finding WDM Appliance Repair, took a chance and called Levi and so happy we did! Could come next day, gave great updates on when to expect him, and was on time as promised. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had the compressor and parts needed to fix on the spot (yep, waaay past what we could handle it should handle given the complexity). That's 5 days faster back to a normal house. Price for service and parts were great and he was patient enough to explain all the details as I ask lots of questions. Owner was responsive to my text message & came the next day. Alerted me of time frame of arrival & when he was on his way. Refrigerator ice maker stopped working. He checked it & knew in time what the problem was. Frozen line. Very professional & good communicator.

Our GE refrigerator was freezing things in the crisper and not making ice in the ice makers. Levi was prompt for our appointment time, listened to my explanation of what the refrigerator was doing and promptly replaced a part that he had on the truck. he was courteous and professional. Hands down 100% better than my previous experience with another appliance vendor in the area! My service technician (Ben) arrived promptly at the time indicated, and he was a breath of fresh air. I was expecting just another gruff service technician that had the attitude that you were a drain on their time/nuisance, however that was quickly dispelled. Ben was friendly and outgoing, got straight to it and corrected issues with both our dishwasher and freezer in under 45 minutes. The only reason it took that long was because I was asking questions which he was more than happy and equipped to answer. Even when I called to schedule an appointment the person I spoke to was friendly and quick to get my appointment scheduled, which was at the very least a week before the competition. From start to finish it was a pleasant transaction, and the price was 100% fair. Iowa Appliance Repair: make sure you keep Ben, give him a raise even, he was phenomenal! You are now our go to for any appliance repair needs we have in the future. No need to look any further!

My new-to-me upright freezer was delivered to me Monday, March 13, 2023. My old one conked out on me while I was on vacation and I lost everything in a 20.6 cu ft packed freezer! I bought several replacement items today and my freezer is holding it's zero degree temperature. The associates were all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them. Oh, and they hauled my defunct freezer away so I didn't have to take care of that!

Friendly and prompt service! Was looking to replace our deep freezer and kept in touch with them as inventory came in, they were able to help us get a good deep freezer and for a little extra $ they delivered to our home and took our old freezer away!

I had a repair man here to fix my fridge in November 13, 2024 and all he did was complain about kitchen aids and how they are too hard to work on.. he defrosted my freezer and there went 300$ … my fridge went out again so I called and yet again he didn’t do much and left l. Another 2 times and still he didn’t fix anything. I called and talked to the receptionists and she said if he doesn’t know he will bring a supervisor over with him, no supervisor came… I got no answer or explanation.. since they didn’t fix my fridge i was told that their work is guaranteed for 30 days, fridge is still doing the same thing completely shutting off. They sent the same repairman 4 times PatN I finally asked for my money back. She said I need to talk to the manager I asked put him on, he’s not here will call you back. Never called back then I had to call them again she said the manager needs to talk to another manager. Fridge is still not working. Will need to call a different company.

I had a fantastic experience with metro appliance repair. On a Saturday they were super patient with me and found the piece to my freezer that was broken and had been discontinued.Turned out great.
