We have a commercial freezer that was not cooling properly. While the temps outside are 100+ we needed our food to stay cold! We called a few places that were not offering service to clients that did not have an open account. After looking at reviews we selected Pro Refrigeration. They came out quickly and provided excellent service. Our model is older and they found parts for it and got it running. Highly recommend their service. SFBC thanks you!

Came to work and my freezer and walk-in were temping a little high. Chris came out immediately and got us up and running again. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and took the time to explain to me what was going on in a way that I understood it.

Came out really quick and diagnose my problem immediately. Walking freezer wasn’t working and they gave immediate solutions even on such a late notice and call. Chris was great and he helped us as restaurant here at Gogogiri.

These guys came out to repair our in-freezer icemaker. They made a diagnosis and said we needed a new icemaker, so we agreed and they ordered it. They came back out to install and said we should have ice within 24 hours. 24 hours later, no ice, so we called them back. The man who answered the phone said he would talk to the boss and get back to me on a time to come again. He then called back and said that they didn’t want to work on our freezer because they believed someone who had previously made a repair had not done good work. He said they’d rather come back out, remove the ice maker they installed, and refund us. I said that was fine. Then began weeks of me trying to get them to come back to do so, and they would not come. He kept saying he would call me back when they were working on scheduling. A week would go by without any communication from them, so I would call back, and he would tell me the same thing. Meanwhile, it was in the heat of the summer, and we couldn’t have anyone else come to fix it until they came back to remove it. This went on for several weeks. I called at least 7 times over a span of probably 2 months. When we finally scheduled a date, they couldn’t give me any estimated time blocks, so I took the whole day off work. They never showed, never called. On their first two visits out, they didn’t make it within their estimated time block at all, so my husband and I had each missed an entire day of work rather than a half day. They weren’t very friendly from the very beginning either. We finally had to dispute the charge with our credit card. Once that was settled, we then had someone else come out, who had it up and running within a few hours, and disagreed that the previous repairs were faulty. I’ve never heard from TEXpert since scheduling that final appointment they didn’t show up for.

My freezer section of my subzero went out right before the 4th of July. Called C and W and the quickly diagnosed the problem. The initial technician also called subzero for me and got the part covered under warranty even though it had expired the week before. Wow. Great service.

The technician Randy took time to explain what went wrong with our freezer & changed the compressor fan. Our freezer started working & cooled it to the right temperature. Thanks Randy.

Paul, the C&W technician, came out to repair our 32 year old Sub-Zero which evidently had a bad freezer defrost switch. The freezer was accumulating ice and not defrosting. Paul defrosted the freezer and installed a new switch.. Out Sub-Zero is no longer making strange noises and appears to be working properly. Whenever we have an issue with our Wolf induction cook top or Sub-Zero, we contact C&W for always friendly and importantly reliable service. These guys are great.

They were sent by LG to do a refrigerator repair because our refrigerator was not cooling but the freezer was. They were professional, timely, and there are not enough stars to rate them! They were excellent, amazing, and got our refrigerator cooling again! They replaced the compressor and did an excellent job!

After 4 frustrating and fruitless calls to Frigidaire manufacturer for 2-week old refrigerator regarding high-pitched squealing freezer noise, quick phone call to HPS (found in Next Door app) and was able to schedule same day service call. (All of Frigidaire’s scheduled appointments were days/weeks out/unsatisfactory). At the promised appointment time, HPS notified me that technician was en route, Vadim quickly diagnosed defective fan motor and informed me of options/cost to replace motor. He left to buy the part, quickly return and replaced. Over and beyond what I have typically experienced. Not sure that Frigidaire will honor and reimburse for the reasonable charges incurred, but it doesn’t matter because of the extremely positive experience with HPS. I am quite certain I would not be pleased had I waited on Frigidaire’s recommended (and poorly a gold reviewed) service options to resolve the issue. HPS is definitely a gold standard in my book!

Our freezer was left open overnight and broke the compressor. Tech showed up in a few hours and was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. My only issue is the price. He told me that we only pay for labor because the parts are provided to them by LG. The labor was $675 for 2 hours. Internet says the average cost of labor for compressor repair is $100-$200/hr. Not sure if we got a fair deal but the issue was fixed.

Fridge and freezer went out Monday evening, put in a request after hours, the next morning they confirmed a same day appointment - Maksim arrived on time, got us back up and running quickly. Very polite, and helpful, took extra care around our home. Very pleased with the service.

I called to request service on my standup freezer that started malfunctioning the day before. So I needed quick service so that my food would not perish. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out the same day for service. Within an hour, Mike arrived to save the day! He was so knowledgeable and got right to work on diagnosing the issue and explained in detail what the problem was on the freezer. My freezer temperature is now working properly. This was our 1st time to encounter a problem with our freezer that couldn't get colder after a power blackout. I called the company and Mike showed up on time and l cant say enough about this company. I would give 10 stars if it was possible, Mike is a professional, he fixed it after ordering something that was blown up and the freezer is back to normal. ASAP were so accommodating by fitting me in the same day I called about my freezer on the verge of complete breakdown. Mike came out and after just a quick look, diagnosed the problem and provided a fair estimate. He was able to get the parts and fit me in his busy schedule the next morning to fix my fridge/freezer. It works perfect now. ASAP Appliance repair and Mike saved me from having to by a new fridge/freezer.

This is a very nice company! They have super nice humans answering the phone right away. I was promised a 3 hour window same day as I called, and Joseph arrived early. (He called first.) He knew right away what the problem was, had the part, and was done in minutes. Problem solved. Then he checked out my freezer's ice maker which I had stopped using months ago, thinking it was broken. He checked the lines for leaks and got it going again. He was done in 10 minutes. Second time I've needed this company, and I'm so glad I saved that number. They charge a very reasonable service fee that is rebated if you authorize the repairs. Call Lone Star before you replace a large appliance!

Getting an appointment was fast and easy! Manny showed up on time and did a terrific job finding and fixing the problem with our 20 year old built-in refrigerator/freezer that had stopped cooling. We had the paperwork from 5 years ago when Lonestar replaced the entire "sealed system" (not an inexpensive repair). After doing some diagnostics, he said our options were to replace the condenser (it had not been replaced 5 years ago, and was even more expensive) or just add freon and hope it lasts another 5 years. We took the freon option, and while Manny was adding the freon, he heard and felt the leak. He "only" had to replace 2 copper lines (more involved than I ever imagined) and the temps are now back down where they need to be (for less than the repair 5 years ago). Throughout the diagnosis and repair Manny was great about telling me what he was doing. He was professional, courteous, and diligent about cleaning up his expansive work area. He even gave me some tips on an annoying dishwasher problem I had been having. I would definitely use Lonestar again...and ask for Manny!

Terrible company! Used this company when my refrigerator went out. Paid $1285.00, guy said it was the compressor. He said he replaced compressor, for weeks water was leaking inside the fridge after he said he replaced compressor the ice maker never work.It cooled for 2 months he came back out and basically said he don’t know what’s wrong with it would contact LG never heard back from him. My food went bad 3 times. This was a 2018 LG brand refrigerator. I ended up just buying a new fridge and got ripped off the $1285 for a compressor when that wasn’t even the problem. He created more problems with the fridge. It leaked water on the inside, didn’t freeze or cool, ice maker stopped working. Big waste of money.
