Our fridge/freezer stopped cooling. The lady who answered the phone scheduled us in, and Albert came to diagnose the issue on the island. Friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and we are glad to have a working fridge again!

Very unprofessional, rude and could not diagnose the problem. Told us that we just needed a new refrigerator, but couldn’t tell us why? Also, was told that the fridge needed Freon and that because it’s a self contained unit (cannot add Freon) we would just have to buy a new one? Well, interesting enough, that is far from the problem when the fridge is cooling and the freezer is at 29 degrees- if the fridge needed Freon then it wouldn’t be cooling. Paid $69 for his time but not for a real reason or dignities. I additionally called the manager/owner and he was also very rude and condescending- said if we needed Freon that he COULD do that but this was not offered by the technician. We’ve had a similar problem with our refrigerator (this was my Mother’s) and when we tried to discuss what we had been experiencing, he basically cut us off and said he would let us know what the diagnosis was. Still not resolved but will not Waste anymore time on a company that does not care about his customers. He should be ashamed of taking money from an elderly woman and for a service he didn’t perform.

When our freezer started acting up, we called Arrow and asked for Albert because he had been out before to work on our dryer and we were very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge, and his willingness to answer our questions and explain things so the layman would understand. Needles to say, we are just as pleased with the freezer repair. Would definitely recommend Arrow to our friends if they had a need.
