Scheduled my appointment online to have my icemaker looked at because it isn't working. 10/11 technician shows up and it was evident that he wasn't familiar with the model. He thought I had 2 icemakers when there is only 1 (because he saw my tray with bourbon ice cubes in the freezer section) and he locked himself out of the control panel and I had to unlock it for him. After checking the water filter, coils, running water to make sure the lines were clear and turning the fridge/freezer temp, he stated he couldn't find any issue and call back Monday if it wasn't making ice. Called Monday and customer service rep walked me through manually resetting the icemaker and give it 24hrs. Tuesday not making ice, call and the customer service rep schedules appt for Wednesday. Wednesday the tech cancels appt with no explanation. Call cust serv and reschedule appt for Thursday. Thursday the tech cancels appt with no explanation. Call cust serv and schedule appt for Friday and put note to the tech not to cancel the appointment. Friday the tech cancels appt with no explanation. Call cust serv and ask to speak to manager or someone I can file a complaint with or get my money back. Cust serv rep states they are the area to file complaints, will not refund the money and wants me to reschedule another appointment. The WORST customer service I have ever experience with any company!

The technician took a long look at the refrigerator and looked at his phone a lot and was very quiet and I started to wonder if he was confident that he could make the repair... Well no he could not make the repair he simply told me if Sears fixed it it would be very expensive and I might as well buy another refrigerator because of the labor charges of changing out the water dispenser or the The water line going to the dispenser... So I'm out of a $129 and 2 hours waiting and I'm still at ground 0... I don't know why cone appliances the authorized dealer for Samsung told me to call Sears appliance if you all do not work on Samsung refrigerators... I'm very disappointed I have wasted money for nothing and I have to start all over again. I just looked at the service receipt and it says bottom freezer that was not the repair issue the repair issue was the water dispenser not working. Which was clearly communicated
