James is a wonderful gentleman! He didn’t do a repair for me, but I’m leaving a review, because he really took a good amount of time on the phone going through the pros and cons and giving advice on whether we should get our old Whirlpool freezer fixed or not. He agrees that older appliances like freezers are better and wishes that newer ones were built better, rather than filling up our landfills. Reason I mention this is, because with his viewpoints I knew I could trust his advice that our freezer (with its specific issues) was a big gamble and probably not worth repairing at this point. He is so friendly and personal and really takes quality time helping without being worried about how much time it’s taking to help. Reminds me of how tradesmen used to be in the good old days, when they acted more like a friend than a big corporate company. Will definitely be calling him for future appliance repairs!

We could not have been more pleased with the service. Efficient, courteous, friendly and reasonable. We were scheduled for a later date, but because there was an unexpected opening and with lack of a refrigerator/freezer being a major inconvenience for us, we were able to receive service earlier than expected. After discovering the problem (a broken fan), that was replaced with the hope that will solve the problem. If not, there are other things that can be done that will be less expensive than purchasing a new Sub-Zero refrigerator. Thank you Swede's for being here when we needed you! :-)

I was very impressed with the service that we received from James who was the repairman that assisted us with our repair needs. Not only did he assistance with the initial problem but requested whether or not there was anything else that we needed. Upon this I had him work on our oven which needed some work, our dishwasher – that he did additional work on the second time he returned to install parts that were needed from the initial job, as well as our washer and dryer. Furthermore, he took everything out when he worked on the refrigerator freezer and assisted me with cleaning some dried on debris and so forth as well as under the washing machine. Furthermore, he took care of the filter and everything that was in the agitator part of the dishwasher that had not been touched from the time that we moved in to this house over 16 years ago. I’ve had other workmen who have come in and completely ignored it. James went above and beyond and is truly a professional!

My refrigerator is fixed and working nicely in 1.5 weeks since calling, 2 weeks before any other service people could even come. When I called I had an appt. the very next day, and Charlie even came the day I called! He told us to thaw out the iced up freezer vent and we got rid of the very annoying noise. Initially, I did have to call them to see where we were in the repair process, but after that, they called me often. I also feel like he tries to save you money, only repairing what is necessary. I appreciated their prompt response and how quickly they got the part and put it in.

Very nice and professional. Came and replaced the LED lights in our refrigerator and freezer. Will definitely use A+ Charlie's again!

Literally the rudest humans alive work there. Needed 2 microwaves, an old TV and deep freezer picked up. They used to provide this service and was happy to pay. I was screamed at by not only 1 woman but 2. Go to B&B they are nicer.I have used them several times in the past but never again.
