Russ was very efficient & knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my LG refrigerator Icing beneath the pull out freezer . He replaced the french door gasket, & freed uo the blocked draining the freezer . I was not related tge gasket to the freezer problem, & thought about not going forward with the repair. Robert the CS manager called and reassured me & explained the correlation between the refrigerator gasket & bottom freezer. I appreciate the time taken to reassure me. Russ compared the repair in a timely manner, answered all.my questions. Refrigerator & freezer appears to be working with no more ice backup . Thank You Rose Hutchinson

Can’t even get a hold of any one. Got the freezer fixed. $500 plus 1year warranty, The installer didn’t make the doors even, like they were,, had to come back. The store wanted to make us wait longer,,,, I would never use them again.

Had them out twice. First time was to replace ice maker to fix no ice and freezer not cooling. This did not work. Second time they said it's now the evaporator which costs as much as a new refrigerator. Terrible rip off. Worker bragged about being the best and handed me a card that said he was #1... the first time but he mis diagnosed costing me $500 overall. Admin did not care it try to fix the terrible service. Can't believe they have a 4.7 rating.
