We had a great experience with this company. Mason was our person who came to see a battery repair on an LG refrigerator upon looking at it. He determined that the repair of the freezer would be much greater than the value of the refrigerator we had. He was very curious and thorough and explained everything. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repair. We used the location in Belton and were very pleased with them.

He also was honest and let us know that what we really need is a new refrigerator, but what he fixed would get us by for the time being. Really great guy!

Great experience! Had an issue with my freezer evaporator fan causing an error code. Tom was able to come out the next day after I called, and quickly diagnose that I actually had a control board failure causing the fan to run when it wasn't supposed to. They got the part ordered, and found an install time that worked for me based on my travel schedule. Now the refrigerator is working perfectly! Would highly recommend this company!

I called Appliance Care Company on April 29th, 2024 to have them evaluate my non-functioning Sub-Zero refrigerator. A service repair appointment was scheduled for the following day April 30th. Tom was super professional and was able to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered which was luckily in stock in their supplier's warehouse. When the part came in 4 days later I was called and the follow-up appointment was scheduled. Tom came out again, and installed the replacement part. My refrigerator and freezer have been working beautifully ever since. The service, communication, and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.
