Our freezer wasn't working properly. Noah L. came out quickly and did a thorough diagnosis. Immediately scheduled repair as soon as parts were in. Noah was polite, worked quickly and was very helpful with information. Will use them again if appliance repair is needed!

I called late in the afternoon about my freezer that wasn't freezing (in a panic, of course). They set an appointment for the next day. Joe W came on time and was very professional. He explained what the problem was, what my options were, answers my questions and what his recommendations were. I agreed to have them repair the compressor inverter, a part they didn't have in stock. They ordered the part the same day (this was on a Friday, so weren't working over the weekend) and I got a call from the company on Monday saying the part was in. They originally set up an appointment for the following Friday to do the repair based on when they initially thought they may receive the part, so I was extremely happy that it came early and that they were so responsive to come out on Tuesday instead. Joe returned and made the repair ( this time while my husband was home, so he had to answer the same questions I asked previously but was patient and thorough in his explanations. Again). So far the freezer/fridge is cooling down and seems to be working. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone needing appliance repair. I had called several other companies before making the appointment with Mr. Appliance and am glad I went with them. Their 1 year parts and labor warrenty and availability was better than the other companies. Their service charge was about 30 dollars more than others, but it went towards the cost of the repair and for the warrenty, professionalism and responsiveness it was well worth it.

Steer clear of this company. Terrible customer service 0/10 do not recommend this place. I called to have them look at my fridge that they just “repaired” three weeks prior for 500 dollars because the problems were persisting and they told me I would need to pay AGAIN to have them come out and look at it! The ladies on the phone were extremely uneducated and unhelpful. At this point I would rather pay the money for a new one than give these people another dollar. If you take a look at many other reviews from previous customers they have also felt deceived and worked over by this company so my experience is not an isolated one and clearly a reflection of how they conduct business. Edit to clarify that the freezer was not repaired!!! They took our money and did not fix the issue and they still wanted to charge another 130 to come out! I even offered to send pictures of the ice on the tracks of the freezer. Take a look at the yelp reviews on this company again there are MANY review similar to people being swindled out of money.

Sent out a technician on Friday who stated that he should not have been sent out bc it was a built-in refrigerator and he did not know how to diagnose or fix the problem. He then called back to his boss and stated that they would need to send out their head technician on Monday and that they would be here between noon and five. I called this morning to confirm the times only to be told I was not on the schedule. Total waste of time and now additional days in fixing our refrigerator/freezer. Should have stuck with our usual vendor - tried this one as they were able to get out sooner. Would highly recommend using another company and save yourself the time and aggravation.
