Had an issue with my refrigerator freezer door and unfortunately it was his first time encountering the issue so he wasn't able to fix it. Now the good thing and why you should trust them is he didn't try to be about what was wrong with it and was 100% honest that he wouldn't be able to do it. He recommended me someone else and didn't charge me anything for coming out. 100% would recommend if you want someone who will do their job and if they can't won't try to lie just for a buck. 5 stars!
