I called Tech Service FIRST because of the 5.0 Google ranking. It's well earned. These guys methodically troubleshot my fridge/freezer that was not getting cold enough to freeze. Between sensors, motherboards, and pressure tests, the visits spanned a few weeks, but at the end, Alex and his crew were up front about the problems and the expense of the next steps, and did not charge me for some of the work that ended up not being the solution, which was too gracious. I would enthusiastically call Tech Service FIRST for appliance repair again.

My freezer stopped working and I called around for a service person. HVAC & Appliance Tech Service FIRST diagnostic fee is only $54+tax (others are $75), so I decided to use them. Aaron came and quickly figured out that it was the outlet issue and there's nothing wrong with the freezer. He patiently explained to me what happened. Not only so, he stayed around and continue checking out the coil and other things. He even stayed long enough to make sure that the freezer was cooling again. Great service! Would definitely use them again.

My LG fridge stopped working Friday and the freezer had thawed out. I called Teck Service First Saturday morning and Kiryl came out in the afternoon to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a bad compressor. Luckily, they had one in stock and Kiryl was able to install on Monday afternoon. Turns out the LG had a class action suit due to their poor compressor design causing problems for many customers. They extended the warrantee for the compressor to 10 years. My fridge was over 10 years old and I did not have a receipt anymore so I could not make a claim to LG. Kiryl called me a week later to inform me that they contacted LG and about the compressor and that LG had agreed to refund the cost of the compressor. Teck Service First was returning $377 to my credit card. This was a nice surprise to be sure! I highly recommend Teck Service First for their quick excellent service, and professionalism. I appreciated the quick service, but the tech missed something putting things back together so we had to toss everything in our freezer. Original problem also was not solved, so it was a double loss. Amal the technician came on time, and fully diagnosed my refrigerator, and told me the precise problem. He fixed it on the same day for a very reasonable amount, and I was shocked that we were actually able to fix it for such a good price. He was very professional, and the company gave us a 6-month warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends or family, and would obviously use them myself in the future.

Dmitrii has been out to fix my Samsung freezer and ice maker on my older refrigerator. He has gone the extra mile in fixing them both to make sure they are working and running correctly! Our Whirlpool fridge could not keep temperature. Atlas scheduled diagnosis appointment for next day. Roman was quick to determine freezer auto-defrost unit as issue. He identify sensor and heater element as faulty, then located parts on hand at warehouse. He scheduled repair for next day. Thanks Roman! Our fridge works great now!

This company is top notch in my book. Had issues with a commercial ice machine. Ran through my trouble shooting that I knew how to do with out much luck. Spoke with Mrs. Lowe at the office to coordinate a tech to come look at our problem. Received a call from Paul to set up a date and time to come look at our issue. Paul sent out Cesar one of their techs the very next morning. Cesar was on time, polite and got right to work to resolving the machines problems. I am very happy with the service and the companies communication overall. I will be recommending to other friends in the area for commercial help with issues with ice machines and refrigeration.
